  1. Dunno not, my buddy has the LTR and TRX and said out of the box, the TRX won't beat the LTR and YFZ, but it's a lot cheaper to make fast than the others....man, through my whole thought here.
  2. Yeah, I saw him eat it once or twice too, man, stupid people.
  3. Never seen a lot of that at the dunes, the harder drugs anyway.
  4. I've done a lot of research and here's what I've come up with 1. Suzuki Quadracer 450. - Comes "race ready" and all I need to spend is on a pipe, filter, paddles and a twist kit really. 2. TRX450 - Seems faster, but not out of the box, I'd need to spend more on upgrades which financially wouldn't work right now. 3. YFX 450 - Seems like a good bike but just doesn't appear to be in the same class as the above two...out of reviews, and on my buddy's. I never was too interested in the Predator or Raptor 700, both appear too bukly and high standing for me. The Quadracer outperformed Honda and Yamaha on every test I've seen...so I'm thinking Suzuki.
  5. I've been thinking of buying one; they have 'em at Wal-Mart right?
  6. I'm trying to avoid a two-stroke, plus I'm looking to buy new from dealership. Plus with a Banshee you gotta spend money to trick it out...or atleast I would. And I don't presently have the money to do that, and rebuilt it all the time.
  7. Well first thing I'd do to anything is drop the front sprocket a tooth, pipe it, throw in a K&N and grab a set of ITP Sandstars. I'm probably gonna end up with a Quadracer.
  8. Yeah, think I'm gonna end up on the Suzuki 450
  9. I could understand rocks or air guns if someone is hauling a$$ through camp on purpose, that happend to us on Saturday, some idiots on quads and a Ranger or S10 raced through the camp, doing donuts and all.
  10. I'd ridden the Honda and Suzuki 450's, a newer Raptor 660 and 700, not the YFZ450 though. I love the suspension on the suzuki. When I ride do a lot, hillshoots, riding the dunes, trails, jumping, and so on, so not too much of the same thing.
  11. I sold my 2wheeler and an older bike I had and am looking to get brand new from dealership. What do you guys think is one of the better bikes available? So far I've been leaning towards the Suzuki Quadracer 450. Anything I plan to get has to be a 450 or more, preferably a 4 stroke for reliability purposes. Any suggestions?
  12. Now hypathetically, how much would these video's be? Will they also be on DVD?
  13. Man, that still wasn't cool, I totally thought at 3 am there were gonna be Rangers waiting for me...
  14. Bike blew up about 15 minutes into Thursday afternoon, ended up riding the spare all weekend, 86 Suzuki 230. Cought some good air, 10-20 foot stuff, pretty hairy on that little bike, ate s**t on Sunday morning on a wormhole, went over the bars, sprained my left ankle pretty bad and my right leg's tore up, couple scratches on the face and arms but nothing serious. Was camping with dman the whole time and didn't even realise until Saturday night.
  15. If I ride with a thumb for more than a half hour then I can hardly move my hand, let alone put pressure in with my thumb. You just gotta learn how to properly use your arm and wrist with a twist, for me atleast I know to stiffen it and grip tighter on the whoops so I don't dump it all out and flip back.
  16. Leaving Thurs morning and coming back Monday. I'll either be on my RM or whatever I get with the tax return...
  17. I have twist on my Tecate and I love it, had normal play like a 2wheeler. My mums boyfriend Jerry's has like no play in it and is just really uncomfortable.
  18. Arguing on the internet is like competing in the special olympics...even if you win, you're still retarded. ...And anyways, I like both. I myself own two 2-strokes, my KXF Tecate and my RM125 and soon a 250. For the power and I just love the whine and the smell..mmhhmm. But for reliability, 4 strokes are nice. My moms boyfriend has a Raptor 660 and it's got a lot of balls, and you don't have to worry about it blowing every year and everything...but then again a 4 stroke is a bigger repair than a 2. We've been working on my brothers Suzuki 230 which is a 4 stroke for months now. I like 2 strokes right now though. When I get older I'm sure I'll move into a 4 stroke.
  19. 1979 Honda XL185, had for a couple years before I got my RM125, had about a year, upgrading to either a KX or YZ250 soon.
