I am pretty lucky. I live near Prescott, AZ and have 3 acres. I built a driveway that goes from one street to the other with a pad for the hauler. I have a pump room behind the pad and added 50 amp service to it so I can connect the hauler to electricity. See pix below:

I just picked up my Sandwinder. It however is not in the price range you are looking for but they do have one for about $36K that is a long travel with a Honda engine in it. Granted, it isn't 4130 chassis and the works but a great car. Their build time is about 8-10 weeks (not bad). They are located in Mesa, Arizona and Darrin is the owner. He makes a great buggy and also races his own cars.

I just picked my brand new sandrail up yesterday. It has a 2D in it and the builder says he put Synergyn in mine and uses the same in his pre-runner. He swears by it. Anyone using this stuff, where do you get it, and any problems you've had with it?

My family will be there for the clean-up. We will be there starting March 12th through the following weekend. We will be there with our brand new sandrail. We will be camped in the wash, not the top but plan on helping out. See you there.
