    I'm not sure which line you mean. Maybe snap a pic of it tonight. Is it like one of the vent lines on the carb? Did you put the float assembly back in correctly? Or at all? Make sure- usually there is a very small wire for the float to hook under on the needle.

    There aren't, but when some people have a $200 Harbor Freight generator that is 200dB at 1:00AM, that can get annoying. It isn't so much a rule, but instead a common courtesy thing. I put it under dune etiquette, not rules.
