I live right under the flight path for SB airport. That is always in the back of my mind. Usually only small planes but lately I've seen a few 737's.

My parents have some great super 8 films from back in the day. Some got transfered to VHS about 15 years back. They need to get them "digitized" before the film starts degrading.

One of the billboards I did in downtown LA wash made of vinyl mesh and put up on a parking structure next to the 10 frwy. We would rotate it about every 3-4 months and come home black form all of the soot it would collect.

The size and height never scared me, it was all crap that came off of it.

Here's my idea for a citizenship test:

Pay some money

Standard 8th grade level english test

A test on basic laws.

I'm not saying anyone needs to take the "Bar" exam, just a basic knowledge of laws, like no parking in the red zone, no running a red light, and no littering. (<<<That's a big one to me, just because you trash your country, doesnt mean you can trash this one!)

English test, There is no reason why the government should be spending more money to print every single public peice of info in more than one language. That's just a waste.

Pay a fee to process the paperwork.

I have actually had a bunch of people from Vegas out here in Santa Barbara getting thier bikes worked on. Probably 5 or so in the past month.

As we enter the month of July, you may find yourself sitting on You Tube watching old sand videos, browsing the forums with not many new reports or pics from the dunes, and soon find yourself twitching uncontrollably with anxiety. You go out to the garage and sit on your quad or in your sandcar making ridiculous revving sounds as if you were 5 years old again. You start to imagine yourself jamming up comp hill or cresting a perfectly groomed razorback. You can almost hear the sound of generators in camp and quads in the distance. The slight smell of race gas from that gas can in the corner of the garage gets your attention. Next thing you know you are over there pulling the cap off to get a fresh whiff. You think to yourself...what's going on? Am I crazy? WTF am I doing? Then reality sets in. You realize you still have over 3 more months to go before dune season begins and you are already having sand withdrawals! Hang in there, duners.
