I love reading about oldschool rides like this, whether its cars or buggies... It seems like any story that begins with "back in the day" always brings a smile to my face...

Dude, I'm all for doing crazy a$$ things....I've gone skydiving(loved it and highly recomend it), fished commercially in Alaska, been in two vehicle rollovers (one not my fault) swam and fished with sharks, and been surrounded by a pod of breaching humpack wales in a 12ft skiff......but eff that shiat!!!!! thats just too damn wild for me

We rolled in friday afternoon around 1:30. The road in didnt get bad untill right before river crossing. set up camp and went for a ride. Got fresh tracks on the dunes and had a blast. It was warm this weekend, around 70 during the day and high 40's at night. the razor backs were all over the place, but fun as he!! got some great rides in all weekend. Finally found the South Pole (thanks sandpirates2) showed up for the meet and greet and only met one couple that aren't members with a nice red rail. I was supposed to race someone at comp but they never showed up.......hmmmmm, I guess she got scared All in all had a great weekend

yeah but then technically doing the cam mod on a YFZ isn't a bolt on....and as far as I know thats the first thing a lot of people do to theres cause it's easy and free
