OK...without the truck hooked up...i use a jumper between the 12v and the running lights the freekin running lights in the brakelight housing work, but the side marker lights don't...is there a fuse between the tailight housing lights and the running lights? are the tailight lights primary and the running lights secondary on most rv lights? (power goes to brake lights first, then running lights?)

Oil and tranny change on a 06 Dmax
Richard Cheese replied to mineurbiz's topic in Toyhauler/ RV Talk
thats bullshit...go to wally world and pick up a 2.5 gallon jug of rotella and a filter...take it to an oil change place.. become a member at dieselplace.com. its free, and there is a TON of information and DIY...thats why the link didnt work shell rotella is rated for DPF, and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg...must be that "special" dealership oil they get im not bagging on Hendo Chevy..i have heard great things about them...just the gm dealerships around Bakersfield SUCK BIG HAIRY BALLS!!!! over at the dieselplace...the threads i saw about it says it has to be CJ-4 compliant...which rotella already is -

Oil and tranny change on a 06 Dmax
Richard Cheese replied to mineurbiz's topic in Toyhauler/ RV Talk
done by yourself, an oil change will cost you less than 60 dollars, and thats including changing the fuel filter too. 2 gal of transynd will cost you less than 100 dollars, and more than likely, you dont need to change the inside filter, just the spin on on the bottom of your alli here is a great DIY thread http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=198162 -

the wife and I were in Beverly Hills for an...ummm APPOINTMENT ( o)(o )>>>>>>> ( o)(o ) :argue: OKOK that is a joke PEEPS...the kneeshooters are PLENTY BIG and are in NO need of "modifications" while there, and around Los Angeles for most of the day, i saw a few photo ops that I had and took this one was a billboard we saw in Hollywood I had some "motiviation" to change it then, after the appointment, we went to lunch. if any of you are ever in downtown LA, you need to check this place out...the claimed inventor of the FRENCH DIP, Phillipe's. It comes HIGHLY recommended by me, and quite a few of my friends. MAn V Food did a show on this famous LA eatery. phillipes After Lunch, the Wife wanted to head to Venice Beach....I proposed to her close to there, on the beach, waaay back when.. I saw this Character you cant tell, but he is sitting in a trash can. when i took his pic, he then told me that i owed him money. I told him if he could get out of the trash can, i would give it to him (he was completely wasted)...needless to say, i kept my money. on this last one, i really wish I had a better camera than my cell phone. I have been to this spot where I took this pic several times, and had never been able to see the mountains to the east of LA, especially capped in snow...sorry for the chit quality, but it is all i had here is where i was when i took this pic i was here i like to call this spot the crossroads...it is where the land meets the sea, and, that channel is where all the boats from Marina Del Rey go out to the ocean, and back to Marina Del Rey. plus..LAX is a stone's throw away, and 747's take off every 20-30 seconds straight out over the ocean... pretty cool hanging out there. anyway..i hope i was able to provide you with some entertainment today

this is what I am doing on the trailer side. i am jumping the 12v and the brake lights, which is also the running lights with a fuse. Its not my truck, because i have an atv trailer that i hook up to, and its running lights come on. its either the plug, or the ground, im thinkin
-
no, its not working when plugged in either. im not sure what you mean by female plug end or jumper i use a fuse at the 7 pin to connect the power, and the running lights...maybe that is what you mean? where are you an RV tech at?
