  1. I'm in a awe from all of the details, even though I don't agree with his choices. Like the closeup of the twenty dollar bill. Looks pretty damn real to me.....especially with the crease down the center of the bill. Nice work.....lots of details.
  2. I have a friend that is racing in that one....I'm supposed to help out! Man am I glad someone started this thread....I almost forgot. He just sent me the full course layout and the start times.......Looks like a killer race.
  3. I like your choices, but I was personally thinking more like Pantera or Slayer maybe even some SOAD. :rainbow1:
  4. That would be different. I like the concept...however I need a cage around me.
  5. With the new ipods you can....just download your favorite skin flicks for the dunes!! Technology....gotta love it! By the way...dudes watching porn together just isn't right.....right wingnut!!
  6. I'll take the day off, pay for the beer, and provide camera footage just to see that one. ..... :rainbow1: Edit: I'll even settle for 65mph.
  7. I'm thinking Honda or Subaru for the next rail......
  8. Yamaha is testing a new two wheel drive two wheeler....what do you two wheel riders think? Is this really news to anyone?
  9. I remember that movie.....Hilarious!! Even more funny since I grew up really close to that area.
  10. Chrome frame??? I'm sure that one will be at SEMA......did it make it in Guiness?
  11. I mistook your rail for Sand~Snake's.....he told me "It's nice to see a rail in the group that's more in my range." I told him..."No way, I've seen the pics of that rail in a wheelie....not the same level!" I thought he was setting me up!! My bad....I must have sounded like an A$$, but what's new. Black Beauty looks like a serious "sleeper" to me.
  12. If it wasn't for show...then why didn't he just get a 4x4? Seems to make more sense to me.....considering the conditions that it will be in for plowing. Maybe that's why it's red....so when it hits ice and slides off the road it'll be easier to find!! Just a thought..... :rainbow1:
  13. I've seen wingnut with one.....and I was thinking about bringing my ipod shuffle next time out. Although I am the paranoid type that listens to every little noise then engine is making. :rainbow1:
  14. I am offended that I haven't been offended lately!! :rainbow1:
  15. Staged or not...that's always cool with me!! :dunce:
  16. How about a night ride in the no-travel rail!! All kidding aside, this eco-dude Daniel Patterson is a piece of work.....he sounds two faced. He fights for the closure of dunes, however he won't pay the access fees that he helped impose at Glamis!! Hope he likes his $1100 ticket.
  17. I guess if you're gonna plow snow....that's one bad a$$ way of doing it!! :finger2: What a waste of a nice truck.
  18. I left you a voice mail at the number you left me. I'm pretty sure I understand what your talkin' about. Post a pic if you can.
  19. Are you talking about the arm that the tie rod drops into on the spindle assy?

    Summer

Get the toys ready for next season....major maintenance time.
  21. I found this mount online....it looks like it sets it back a little ways.
  22. Yeah....they act like they're made of rubber.
  23. It's hitting the vertical tube (at the red arrow) in the middle of the tube, and on the tie rod (at the green arrow). Both are getting bent up fairly good on both sides. The tie rod is fairly centered going through the webbing. I could rotate the box up some, but I don't see how that will help.....and since both sides are hitting I don't think moving the box horizontally would help either.....but you could be seeing something that this newbie is missing.... I don't have a better picture with me at this time......what kind of picture angle are you looking for?
  24. I am looking into going with a rack and pinion steering with the standard travel beam rail. I am tired of having killer steering in one direction only and the tie rods hitting the webbing in the frame. Does anyone have any recommendations? Manufacturer choice? Warnings? Help a new guy out with some experience......
