  1. where did you go in cali to get it. and i was just wondering why you had to drive here to get it.
  2. well got some bad news concerning next weekend my 8 yr old daughter broke her right arm yesterday. its currently in a splint but will be getting a cast so it doesnt look like she will be able to ride her quad unless i can get them to wrap it leaving the palm open. so much for our north pole south pole trip. if there might be any chance of me scoring a buggy ride or two for her to at least get a little dune action it would be very appreciated
  3. if you get to work early and and at every break all your co-workers already know what website your on, oops did i give myself away :shocked2:
  4. you give up everything you have to go work for the blm and move to dumont to live 24/7
  5. when i first looked at it i just glanced. stare at it now i see em thats crazy
  6. am i missing something i dont see any dots
  7. more than likely when i buy one it would be a honda after all they are the manufacturer with the highest hp per liter and look at the longevity. have you ever seen a civic go under 10 seconds naturally aspirated no nitrous and it was a 1.6 single overhead cam. i was just wondering if you could get an ls1 powered for 40k or less.
  8. yeah i told her when the toy hauler is in our back yard im not the only one towing it
  9. with an ls1 of course. not that anything is wrong with the honda, subi's or z motors
  10. im lightyears away from buying what he wants but is a 4-5 seater long travel in that price range even in this solar system. i have seen used up prerunner offroad cars that are still 60-70 thousand. i do look around just to see what kind of pricing and i hadnt seen any yet. thats not saying they dont exist i just havent run across any?
  11. the one i am supposed to borrow is a just a regular 16ft car trailer. i know its easy to back up. i have been looking to buy a 16 footer myself but they usually are gone right away if its in decent shape and price. i would like to find the full width version but not alot of those around. its a real pain to always lift and spin my yfz around at the end of a day
  12. :mc_smiley: did he say backup, yeah right. be like my aunt who never backed up a suburban with a sea-do trailer my uncle said just do it and not only did she cave in 1 corner of the vehicle she caved in both corners
  13. yeah she said she would try it in the morning and see how it is with a trailer i know even a couple of beers would probably be ok but i have the 2 chitlins and always tell them about drinkin and drivin so when they are in the car i gotta be good. but we will see how she handles it in the morning
  14. day trip no hauler yet and wife has never driven with a trailer behind a vehicle before so no :mc_smiley: for me
  15. to bad i cant have any maybe one of you guys could drink a few for me. that is if ur up to it
  16. well it looks as if beer wont be a problem at the potluck
  17. yeah there are a few tracks that dont have it together when it comes to parking. fontana just went to a color system that has a designated color assigned to your tickets which is also your parking area. supposedly you can only enter and exit those designated colored gates? of course all parking will be crazy at those events but it seems vegas has always had a horrible reputation for there exiting. i have heard if you jump on the freeway heading away from vegas then flip a u-turn its not as bad.
  18. my uncle and his friends been going since the early 70's that i know of maybe longer they always knew it as comp hill. i remember in 82 1 guy had a new badest of the bad atc250r and he had been going for 20years at that time.
  19. well only you know if that decision is right and i guess you cant be an OCP now, lol. besides you wouldnt want to get that far in debt and have some bad a$$ lifted hummer that never sees dirt hence the OCP Orange County Poser
  20. i agree with that and besides you have the oppurtunity to be an OCP, you do know what that is right
  21. skid plates, the best i found for price, replaceable wear pad on the swingarm, full coverage on your shock linkage and varying thickness availability is PRM. website is www.prm-atv.com i researched for 2 months before i bought my full set. the front bumper also ovelaps the chassis plate when combined so full protection for sure
  22. thats freakin cool i know i said hydraulic but it looks more like electric i bet its a fun ride
  23. wow that thing looks wicked inside and out. :headbang: is that two sunroofs and a hydraulic ram for the roof lights
