if i was younger i would be into trying that for awhile. i had a friend in high school that went up there jr. sr. summers and fished made some crazy money in just 2 months. on another note i have a cousin that has a 12 person charter boat out of homer lets do a DDR trip!!

i will do what i have to to keep dumont open. but here are my thoughts traffic? in my 20 trips i have never seen more then 4 rigs together and all slowed to 25 going thru town. the lack of traffic is one of the reasons i like that road. another is if iam doing nothing wrong (i dont even have tanks) seems like they just want to be a nothing town with no one wondering thru. even at 25 im in and out of town in 5 minutes. why dont they open a store or gas station and get some revenue from us? i just hate to be told i cant do something because some a hole did something i have no control over. i will write down the plates of anyone i see dumping tanks or trash and have picked up trash on my way home. but seems extreme to say you cant travel that road when i only see half dozen cars from 160 to 127 and never anyone in tecopa. i just dont see how much impact i have traveling thru! next shoshone (sp) and pahrump will say the same thing because whinning worked for tecopa??? :off rant: and like i said in the start i will do whatever it takes for dumont to stay open

my dad came into town on saturday and has been taking care of me. im on crutches and some what mobile. so im doing ok. in a week i should be ok to drive some if i need to.... if i need any help i will shout out thank you for all the offers

xrays just in from the doc surgery tomorrow! he says he can fix it....sweet and he had quad pictures on the wall with thank you writen on them! broken tibia and dislocated ankle with trama

not in a lot of pain the percocets seem to work. would like the doctor to call and tell me when they are going to operate.

thinking on selling the quads and getting a mini rail....... i can always pick up another quad later

i have tried to get riding boots but with a wide foot and a big ham for a calf the only ones that fit at all are the low rise and that is about what i had on. if i had just bought the nerfs with heel guard it would have never got to the boots... i hear ya though nick i could have done a couple things to avoid it but live and learn!

yea this is the only quad that i havent put nerf bars on. i had looked at the AC with the heel guards but didnt want to drop the $250 on them at the time. seems like a good deal now. if i had them on i would be bragging about the surprise jump i landed...........
