we took some good pictures of my leg along the way but mr brown has my camara. ill have to wait tell i get it to post up.... i think the statement of the day was when i was waiitng for them to dune the truck to get me and i asked my friend that stayed with me if he looked at my leg he says" yea kind of made me sick",, made me laugh.. thanks for the support everyone! it was a great day of duning on smooth sand was the 5th trip out. as we were bouncing through the camp ground area i said how do you go to your happy place when your already here?

ill have time to post pics and xrays but the short story is i was leading a ride on the north side. didnt see the razor jumped 25-30 feet landed it but me foot went thru the plastic heel guard and got mangled and stuck under the tire........... thanks to my best buds for the dune rescue and the hospitle trip. surgery or 2 in a week................ sweet!

im leaning toward a pace explorer rt 18' seems to fit all my criteria. and options good price.

just want to keep my options open and make my new trailer able to carry anything i want. looking down the road i could be puting a rhino in it also so how tall is yours with tires. new trailer has 76" door w/dovetail.

i figure i made 15 or more trips to dumont this season so if i have to pay $120 thats $8 a trip or to break it down more about $2.50 a night. about half a gallon of rebel 100. still seems cheap to me.......

no problem! you got out of there right before the big wind hit. this morning was calm cool and smooth. 2 big runs chasing the buggies im sore today.

the road leaving this afternoon sucked, not as much dust but after last nights wind there was more dust and washboarded bad. the motorhomes were hating it they were going 10 or less. it could have worked with about 4 times the material oil and being rolled it would last a little while but as it is by the start of next year you will never know it had been done. the only place it might hold a little longer is by the pay station. i never thought the road was that bad a lot of dust but i would have more dust in the rig just unloading.

98 18' road house by weekend warrior i was looking for a light wieght 20' but i found this 18' it has gen and ac awning 3 batteries and hitch setup for $7000. anyone know anything about road house? it is a 98 with light use what should i look for? has a nice layout with front kitch bath and rear bunk + 2 sofa beds ??????

maybe it might be a sponsorship thing. it would take another ddr member to sponsor a new comer? and staff could have the right to enter people at will and maybe drop inactive people after a year or 18 months............................... anyway as it is now lets just make sure it doesnt change :ahhhhh:

Pete that was great what a year! sure happy to have met all my new friends! cant wait for the season to start again. Glad to see a few of my pics in the mix one of my other hobbies and happy to share........
