Mike Dougherty recovering from a Stroke

[dunefreak]

So here I am thumbing through my latest Sand Sports mag that I got in the mail yesterday. I always look forward to reading the North of ZZYZX article. Except this time I couldn't find it. It wasn't even in the table of contents. Then I found this article on page 11. Mike had a stroke back in August.

Good news is he's doing better, but who know's if he will recover back to normal and be able to contribute to Sand Sports again.

I hope you get better real soon Mike!!!

Wow, sorry to hear that. I used to always read those articles when I subscribe to the magazine. Hope he has a speedy recovery. You could tell how much he loves the sport by reading what he wrote.

Always the first article I read when I get the magazine, Cool Guy for sure, here is to a speedy recovery!

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Always loved reading those articles, hope to see more of them in the future.

While he is recovering, they (Sand Sport) should do a "best of" on his articles. Alot of people haven't read them all and it would show a great respect to him and his family.
