Results of fire on a motorhome

I found these pics on my inlaws computer in San Diego that were sent to me a couple of years ago by a buddy in Az. They were on their way back from Gordons and saw smoke. They pulled over and the motorhome was on fire! SH$%. So they were able to unload a toyota pickup that was in the enclosed trailer before it burned down. Believe there was a small gas leak. This was a beautiful motorhome that I made many trips in and was a shame it burned. Anything can happed.

with all the glue, particle board, liquid nails and caulk, it doesn't surprise me. onboard fuel tanks don't help in those situations, either.

what did it take, about 20 minutes to get tothe frame???

Seen a few of them when I worked at wheelers years ago they go up fast, majority of them from a problem with the furnace.

Everyone got out safely...and they got a newer and nicer motorhome out of it. Thats why we all pay for that insurance we have to carry.

This is my buddy’s ride the mechanic forgot to tighten the fuel line after he installed the blower kit.
