This has happen to me as well . You need to restart your IPOD by holding down the up position on the disc and the select button in the middle of the disc at the same time. Make sure your unplugged from the USB port. If this doesn't work then go down to Apple and the sales person Apple has been good with me on replacing the IPOD if the reset dosesn't work. Which IPOD you got? If it's the classic then it's the classic problems they haven't fix on now the 6 Generation of the classic (pile) aka :poop: Any who good luck with it!
