Richard Cheese Posted February 8, 2008 Author Share Posted February 8, 2008 How much would it cost for u to make a red one? one with just leds from the bottom of the flag going down the whip for 1 foot on three sides (visible from all angles) cost me between 65-70 the led's i get are solid state, with 15 of them to a foot on a board, not in a rope with small frail wires connecting them i use a 5/16 in whip too i had a red one on my quad @ dumont last weekend. on the only night ride we went on it worked really well. my wife told me she could see the glow from the whip @ 1/4 mile before she actually saw the whip..... while i was stopped on my quad, i had about 20-25 radius illumiated from the whip all around the bike.. stupid me though...no farkin pics Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
