I was listening to Mark and Brian Friday morning and they said because of leap year that we have to "set ours clocks BACK an hour and 20 minutes" to keep things in order. Said it only happens once every four years. Not once did they throw in a discalimer or act like it was a joke. I thought is was funny as all hell though because they have some sheep type followers that probably did just that. Quote
