Sunday the carnage continued when Rod's daughter found a nice place to park. oops! We all got together and managed to get it out of there and safely back to camp. Glad nobody was hurt! Then we headed up to @sanddunesaddict's memorial and had a mimosa toast to him.

What a great weekend. Definitely the best time to be had. Always great seeing good friends there and meeting new ones each year. The rides were fast and fun, had some mishaps but we managed to make sure no one was left behind and got mostly everyone back running the dunes. The Cars and Coffee was awesome! I have some drone footage I need to still download. The Saturday night Tacos and UFC was killer. 3rd year manning the grill for this and I always have a good time with my co-cook Carrie. Thanks to Pete and Anna for letting me crash in your place again. And to Chad for hooking us up with the Fights. Also- Thanks to Lee and Neil for also bringing their cameras and getting the great shots!

Thanks Pete for putting on a great weekend. Also, thank all the guys that helped us get my daughters car out of the hole and back on Sunday. I think Pete needs to sell 3/4 x 3/4 heim joints next year, could finance The whole weekend

Wonder if Chad lost any headsets or cables or is curious how a little spot on an axle got polished. Better keep the shoe laces tight....

Saturday morning all the cars showed up to cars and coffee even if they had to be towed. 😆 I still can't believe we got everyone so organized to show up. haha

1. Stock tires will work, just not as good as paddles. How many people will be in your machine? If you and 1 passenger, do 8psi rear 10 front. If 4 do 10 rear 12 front. Having 2 psi more In the front will help engage 4wd. And you need to be in 4wd. 2. Use 4wd. 3. Use 4wd. Don't ever stop pointing uphill, or sideways. Only pointing down. If you are side hilling, or going around a bowl, or transitioning... don't slow down to much, you'll roll. When in doubt, throttle out very much applies. 4. Obviously transition parallel to the dune. Turn into it, and just let it transition over. Trust your machine. Don't turn your wheel back into the dune once you transition, you will roll. Just keep rolling straight along the top or turn down. The gas is your friend. If your ass end starts sliding out because you're going to slow around a bowl or whatever, push the skinny pedal. It will straighten you out. Don't slow down to much while transitioning, you'll roll. Use the gas. Like I said, when in doubt..throttle out. Don't buy them right away. If you are a frequent duner and know you'll be coming back quite a bit, yes, paddles make a huge huge difference. Feel free to PM me if you have any specific questions. We rolled in Thursday night and just left the car in the trailer. Didn't even unload. We just hung out around Theron's fire until it was a little too cold and then went into @bstecki's trailer and played Cards Against Humanity. Friday was gorgeous weather. Sand was a bit damp but fun! So was able to make it out this year thankfully down fall I had to leave Saturday night but got some awesome runs in with a little bit of mishaps from my car constantly running hot, @dunefreak car finding the crater Dans car snapping a heim off @Dent boy rolling but walking away unharmed and only cosmetic damage to the car @Mustache Motorsports Fuse problems @ItsWeeks fan problems a cbm motor dropped valve and other small stuff. Tacos were awesome thanks to @bp-guy and Chads wife for grilling it all up. Met a lot of new people and had an all around great trip.

Found this morning at Jones and 215. Trashed. 5th wheel hitch is gone, body and inside damage. Very sad.
