You should be able to call them and they will give you a resistance value of the stator. Also, you can check resistance to ground with the OHM meter.

In stock form the Suzuki is definately a better quad. And for $40 you can gain 7 horsepower. FI is the wave of the future.

Can you isolate the problem. Does it pop fuses with the lights on or off. Does it pop fuses when it is running or even with the ignition on?

This sounds funny. Like a 4 seater is cheaper than a 5 seater. Why can't you put a bench in the 4 seater and make it a 5 seater. Maybe you should say you have a different package coming out for $50,000.

Hey SteveO, I know you really like these cars and the resale value is good on them, but........ For $65,000 you can find alot nicer car with the following options that are really nice to have........ Front bypass shocks, 500 HP LS1(this car only has stock LS1 with probably 380 HP), fortin or mendi S4 trans, and a nice light bar with HID's. I like the look of these cars as well, but the wow factor of driving it might not totally be there. Just something to consider for the money.
