  1. Will be out, mostly 2 wheelers a few kids a few dogs but your welcome. We camp between crapper 8 and 9. -T
  2. Thanks TheAlaskan. I pulled the carb and the pilot jet which was #45 stock, will try a #48 and give it a try.
  3. New twin air just installed last Feb and its clean.
  4. Rode @ cold creek the other week and noticed a lot more popping when off the throttle in 2nd/3rd gear not fast-fast but trail speed, say down a slope. I noticed it last year but didn't seems as bad. I checked the valve clearance end of last year and all 5 where in spec tolerance. It does it @ Dumont and Amargosa as well. I also have noticed from day one that it seems to feel like it is, on/off/on/off or a slight stumble with very little throttle, but with f/t it is fine and has no bog. Anybody eles have this happen and what was the fix...PLEASE! -Tony
  5. That is a sweet place, we go every October when its not busy at all. Rv park is awesome! Just minutes away from PB. Have fun
  6. Right on! I'm in need of a new one soon, as I lose a letter everytime my detailer cleans the truck :beer_bang:

  8. Off topic, but is anybody into HAM radio?
  9. Yeah I noticed the Toyo's where looking alittle worn down last weekend and you towed your car up to Utah in the snow...u crazzyy.
  10. There is no such thing as a "slow ride" when the names Dunefreak, ISBB, Stalteri920, Paulypaul aka (Hellapaul) r leading the pack and thats just fine by me! :moonwalk:
  11. Fun times yesterday fo sho  Met DDR memebers richard cheese and aceisback, cool guys and always fun to ride with a group of quads that can keep a face pace. Thanks for letting me hang for the day @ your camp. 2 really awesome rides led by the prez and a little sore today because of it. Nick always fun riding with you even when you get lost and ride right by us I did take some pics but cant find my usb cable, sorry :chug: Till next time
  12. I noticed more and more as well. In fact that reminds me, I need one for my new truck.
  13. Had a great time this weekend. Glad you made it out Nick and we got your bike running...finally j/k. I thought we weren't going to mention anything about that extra rim just laying against the trailer minding its own business . But hey, if it wasn't for the whole sproket problem and going to vendor row on the 50's you would have never relized they do make an 50 your size...a klx 125 . Sorry you could not get the day of Pete. We had a few good rides and one GREAT ride with you and PaulyPaul in mind and you both would have loved it. There was one part of the ride where you would cut back and forth, up and down and pop over a sharp wind blown razor and sail just enough to remind yourself, why you love riding a 2wheeler and that it was great day to be riding @ the D! Weather was great Saturday with a little wind around 11am today and the dunes where a little damp underneath so it made for a mixture of light poofy stuff with good traction that became even better later in the day. I must be getting old as there was no 50 fire jumping with gas, just gas on the X-mas tree and a flick of a match was pretty much the entertainment plus the beer pong. I have become a bad DDR staffer as I did not take one single picture the whole weekend. Hope to make it out again soon and for any 2wheeler guys/girls that ever want to ride let me know!
  14. Ahhh yeah, brings back good times on the houseboat :freakin_nuts:
  15. I just went back to a Silverado with the 8.1 and Allison from an 05 6.0l Powerstoke crew cab dually Fx4. Yep, gas mileage sucks but I really liked how the 8.1 and the Allison towed on my 01 too and with the mileage and the deal I got on the newer truck I can't complain
