ok pat theres a irs trans on craigslist now for 100 bucks but then again you dont know what your getting then you need irs axles plus the other items you mentioned you will spend about 1,500 to 2,000 for good stuff. i do have your solution ?????? FIRST OF ALL GO OUT AND GET SOME SUSPENSION SEATS. That will help alot until you get your other items. throw the other fiberglass HARD seats in the trash.......or the FIRE.. LOL.LOL.

not a problem pete, what the book does say is the back spindle nut is torqued to 255 tho the front at 190 ft lbs got everything buttoned up tonite. i will give it a once over check all bolts again before i load it up. see ya out there.... I SURE HOPE, I DONT SEE MY SANDROCKET OUT THERE. IT WILL KILL ME.

i took it off because the old spindle/knuckle was bent 2 inches where the tie rod mounts to it so i purchased a new spindle with new bearings and installed it. i also added new heim joint tie rod ends to beef it up. also added new full (gusset kit) on the front a-arms upper and lower frame brace. i put it at 190, and yes i have that pic in my book as well. it eneded up at the same spot as it was before. tonite once i put the wheel on it spun easier. i guess it was because the bearings were new? but it spins easy with the tire on. somewhere in the book it said 255 thinking it was in the back of the book i do know the difference between ft lbs and inch lbs. im thinkin it will be ok. thanks for the input and help. see you at the dunes........

thats what the repair manual said , and where the nut gets pinged went right back to where it was before. im going to take it apart today again to recheck. could be the new bearings are tight in the spindle. i will know more after work today.

question, I had to repleace my drivers side spindle or knuckle. so i pulled the nut off and slipped everything out and off i put everything back on and tightened nut 255 torque but now it seems theres resistance on the spinning of the rotor now should the rotor spin freely. should i have greased the inside of the spindle or something???? it almost feels like its spinning something in the transfer case please help. i do have it in 2 wheel drive now. i made sure. please call me i need to fix this before the weekend. halloween trip

you still looking for an exhaust. i have a gibson header exhaust with pipe i dont like it. thinking the springs tingle or something. im going back to stock. let me know what ya got to trade or $ i would sell the exhaust for 150.00 complete call me 702-371-1799 I WOULD TAKE A STOCK EXHAUST.... well first trip out with my new rhino, was going great until last day. i went flying down a dune on the back side behind comp and snapped my drivers a-rm right off. but i had the calvary there. SANDAWG and BOB helped me out getting parts back at camp i re-attached everything the best i could. then SANDAWG gave me a lesson in fixn tie rod ends using a tow strap. I knew people got old for a reason. they do know something. thanks SANDAWG AND BOB FOR THE HELP. so now i have ordered new heavy duty heims joint for the tie rod ends i also ordered a new spindle or knuckle as well mine was bent as well i need to get the stiffener kit ordered. im learning alot about this rhino. ALSO want to say hi to DANNY AND LED. thanks again danny for the quart of oil for my camper. had a great time in camp with ya.......

yes we are going out friday get there about 4 pm we will be staying until monday morning. 3 rv's will be going. see ya out there......

well pat hopefully neither of us will need towed back this next weekend. with both of our new toys. i will have fun just sittin by the fire. im going to take my metal detector out this next week to dumont i should be there bout 3;30 or 4 on friday

OK PEEPS, As most of you know i sold my SANDROCKET. I purchased a used 2006 hunter version rhino for $4,500 pretty good deal i thought it had the stock everything on it. green plastics,stock roll bar, stock steel wheels, motor was stock,low hrs,stock seats, stock everything, you get the picture. well with the money i got for my sandrocket i purchased, new ITP rims & Terra-cross tires. 14" new FAB-TECH shocks new 2 sets of plastics 1 camo set , 1 brushed alum set new ITP rims and ITP paddle tires new stereo and LIQUID SOUND wakeboard speakers new used BEARD seat covers and rear BEARD bench seat new used rear bed, other one was cut up to much so i trashed that one. new 4 seat Roll-Bar made by 50 cal racing. thank you great job new flags nd poles motor work done by Kisner Motorsports. new duners clutch,sheave machined, carb work, jetting and such, a lil sumpin sumpin. woohoo. so i now have about $8,500 in my new toy. good thing about it,I still have that much left from the sale of my sandrocket i will save that for our move this next year SO CHECK OUT MY NEW TOY.....

i have a gibson header and exhaust, im getting my rhino back tommorrow, let me see how it sounds and runs. i wll make my decision then if i want to let my gibson exhaust go or not.
