Hey guys, I moved the new posts to a new trip report thread for last weekend.

I'd lean towards a bad U joint or bent driveshaft. Those speeds are pretty typical of driveline vibrations. Have the driveline checked for straight. It's not too expensive. Adam's Driveline here in Hendo is pretty reasonable.

Hell yeah, glad to hear you guys will be back! Hit me up when you get in town bro. lol

You mean spectator? Paul I have you down for 1 participant and 1 additional t-shirt. No spectator was selected. I just assumed you bought an additional shirt for someone at home. I can add a spectator to the head count if it will be you plus 1 more.

Lookin good, Justin. Your going farther than I am with the polishing of parts you'll never see.

Al will be going off the number I have from the rsvp's and registered participants. So if you are gonna be there and want some good grub, click the link and get it done. Why is it so hard for some people to do that? lol

ynot has stepped up as well to help make this event happen. SAXBY'S COFFEE on Seven Hills Pkwy & new store opening soon on Maryland Pkwy here in Vegas is now on the list of official event sponsors! Thanks again Terry!

OK this is who we have registered so far... registered participants White Rhino Skinner ninjagreengirl Randog Matt86m ronster KRUSTY Jackster mineurbiz vegas style POULE43 RG25911 raspadoo Miss99 dunefreak duniemonke RAGDOLLMX ISBB spectators (1) Miss99 (1) raspadoo (1) dunesmurf (3) don29palms (1) 80 grit (1) yfzrider53 (1) Chadwhick (3) TPD duner (go raiders, malibu vlx, whatever he goes by now lol) (4) Jackster84 (1) sandawg (1) matt86m If you are not on the list and think you registered already, contact me. Otherwise, get cracking and click the link and register. Note: your forum screen name or password has nothing to do with the store. You need to fill out a new account when checking out if you don;t already have one. It takes 2 minutes. ALSO: if you are registered as a participant but forgot to include the people or family who are coming out with you, please go in and rsvp them as spectators (free) so we have a total head count for the food!

I will have to look through the orders/ rsvp's and post up how many we have of each.

Al that is the biggest reason I am having everyone rsvp, even spectators.

nope, I always get my parts sent to my work. It's sometimes cheaper to send them to a business anyways.

:shout: quit jackin my thread bitchezzz!

yea, read the very 1st post of this thread ma facka!

you got admin punked, Ian!

Thinkin about it. I'm itchen for some more seat time already.

As for the races: 1) We will have the fastest lap race where every participant gets the track to themself for 3 full laps and the best of the 3 laps is his or her fastest time. Winner from each class gets a trophy at the awards ceremony. Classes are stock, modified, & unlimited as mentioned earlier. 2) The drag race will be (2) 70's per race (as with any oter drag race) and it will be process of elimination for each class. Same goes for the trophies, 1 for each class. 3) The main event group race at the end of the day is ALL CLASSES racing together. We will stage everybody according to their fastest lap times or classes. Slow peeps are in the front and the fast guys are in the rear. This will make a fair and interesting race. We will set the number of laps when we do it. I'm thinking 10 laps. We could have qualifying pre-races if time permits. I'm thinking we get the "organized" races out of the way though so we can get on with the raffle, awards, and free time racing fun afterwards.

That sounds awesome! Thank you! E-mail me for the address to mail it to. pete@dumontduneriders.com

Well then rsvp through the link.

The Lifan motors bolt right in an atc.

Well all my parts are now prepped, sanded and ready for paint! Now time to spend some rediculous cash over at dratv.

It is all about personal opinion, but in my years of duning nothing beats A Skat Trak Extreme Hauler. I have put them on every quad I have owned. They still turn just fine if you know how to ride, they hook like nothing else, and the extreme's hold up over time even if you go blasting over the flat stretches that are rocky. I have 6 years on my Haulers on my Raptor and they still look and work great. But to tell you the truth, those Sand Shark II's are the chit as long as you don't mount them on "crappy Douglas wheels." Oh and are you running 91 octane in the dunes? Cause that matters as well. p.s. if I still have my other Raptor the next time you go out, you are welcome to use my paddles for the weekend and see how they work.

Tix at the station in town? Pre-registering gaurantees you an event t-shirt, gets you a wrist band to participate, a 2nd annual regatta sticker, and helps pay for the costs forthe permit & insurance we are required to get. All spectators and participants will be responsible for their entry fee into Dumont like any other weekend. Hope that answers your question.

PICK A NAME AND STICK TO IT!

I'll probably be out Thursday, but track setup is Friday.
