I had a lot of fun. Food was great thanks to Adam and James , people were very friendly, and it was all togther a great time. The band, The Objex, were awesome too. It was great to put some faces to names... advanced sound designs, high octane junkie, raptoroy, and maybe a few others that I can't seem to remember right now. It was also great seeing and hanging out with some familiar faces too. I actually got to meet Dan and talk to him this time rather than seeing him lay in the sand in pain. It was great meeting you, Dan. It's good to see you are up and able to walk. You have some really great friends that put together this poker run. Hopefully you recover back to 100% quickly. I'll stick with my Sandpiper. It has a walk around bed already, an it's an 06. They sound nice though. I'd liek to see some pics if ya have any. Any idea of price? Because Hustler bought an 07 I beleive with the billet package and that thing was like $42,000!!! I couldn't imagine the price tag on something like that.

For example...the big weekends like Thanksgiving and Pres Day. How many people would you say are out there on a big weekend? 20,000, 50,000, 100,000???? There has to be a way to find out this info from maybe Western Maintenance or the BLM. Anyone know? :freakin_nuts:

I'd rather not. That safety wire is kinda hokey and if you try and get it tight enough, it snaps. I'd prefer the cv clamps. Maybe I'll just try and get some automotive ones. Anyone ever use those?

There ARE speed limit signs when you get to the top of the plateau. "Speed limit...15mph" Besides, it is just common courtesy to keep your speeds low while anywhere near camps for the safety of you the rider and those in camp.

Your bike will be tired by the time it takes to get from camp to a dune! j/k Whose to say by the time Dan gets his bike fixed I won't have a new 450 by then!?

It was only a couple questions, get over it. That's what this forum is about. Why would I call them? Besides I'm not interested in them anyhow- my car is just fine with the 930's.
