I personally haven't ridden one yet, but plan on riding my buddies soon and maybe buying one too. I think they are a great bike from what I have heard. If you wanna go hit the hill and race people, don't buy one. But if you want an excellent dune machine and all around bike I think they are perfect. And like rhino king said- it's a Yamaha- you can't go wrong. I have a 660 Raptor and really like it. I could only imagine what the new 700 FI would be like. I hope to get my hands on one for cheap real soon. Good luck on the upgrade!

I had a great time last night. Thanks a bunch, JJ! I was glad to finally meet 2 new faces...wingnut and sincityblondie. Glad you guys could make it. Man, we went through some drinks. We showed up at 8 and stayed till bout 2ish. Good times. Damn I just woke up and realized its noon! I like my Raptor. It has been reliable as a mofo. I just neglected it a bit this last season, rode the sh*t out of it and skipped on adjusting the valves & so it started sputtering a bit last ride. Yeah that's how just about every single carb carb jet change can be done....well some. My 250 is the same.
