be careful of a pic of a lizard in the sand....as in that doc that vicki linked, it states that from a study done in 1959...none of these lizards have ever been found a certain distance away from blowing sand (without looking at the link i wanna say 186 ft?????) guy with the furry boots checking out -

here is what i have found........................ and if you care to comment WITH supporting information here is the information. so if you know for a fact that the armagosa river area isnt the only habitat for the Mojave fringe-toed lizard...speak up and let them know where else it is found. the more areas this lizard is found in...the better for us i found this amusing here is something that i think fall in our favor but this works against us all for now from the cheese center for duner habitat diversity -

what pete said. with an increase in the CA green sticker fees...HOPEFULLY we will see at least a decrease in the gate fees. The picture that was painted at the last TRT meeting was positive, in that Dumont wont have to compete with other govt entities for grants. 30 bucks for a week of camping isnt bad tho, compared to other places i go.....10 bucks a day to camp @ pismo...with reservations NEEDED and getting harder and harder to get, due to the popularity in off-roading the ISDRA is a completely different animal from dumont. their funding sources come from other sources than just green sticker fees, as part of that area is also a nature preserve too.

you were when you were born :beer_bang: anyway... ive had the costco 6v for over a year. no problems. the longest i have gone without having to recharge them is 2 days!!! they run the lights on the hauler at night, then run the heater while we are sleeping. just keep with the regular maintenence (water, getting rid of corrosion) and tey will last you a long time. the 12v that came with my hauler crapped out after 1.5 years pretty much sams club/costco/trojan al have basically the same amount of power and longevity.....if you take care of them
