if she had some double D's, she couldn't do that.

dude, sorry, i didn't mean to come of that way........you can't have a pissin contest with sxs's any way. As you said, a rail will mop em all up, so, in the final analysis, they are all slow and that sh*t at the end about the life partner is funny as hell

' the reason that the belts break often on the rangers is that the clutches in some of the 06's and 07's where out of alignment, causing pre-mature wear. one guy had his shredded within the first 2 hours of operation as far as not being made for the sand.......sounds like that dealer is trying to skimp on warranty repairs to me....the place I bought mine AND my local polaris dealer both sell their stock to roughly 70% off roaders, who most take their ranger to the sand.

THIS IS just me.....i have had several nails in my tires over the years. The ones that are in the tread can be easily repaired to good as new. the ones close to the sidewall....youre gonna need a new tire if it is repairable....I would repair it and keep it on.....my 2 cents
-
could be that the carb needs a good cleaning out too
-
sorry...i was referring to what you could do to help increase the life of your trailer tire, other than proper inflation, balance, straight axles, etc the extra weight sitting for so long creates those cracks you see on the sidewalls
-
a little off topic... a friend of mine had a blowout on his raptor and replaced all his tires........the guy at the tire shop said that the biggest problem with trailer tires is that they sit with all the weight on them for extended periods of time. He told my friend to lower the jacks to alleviate most of the weight off the tires, and that would help them last more than twice as long

you live where it is hot, and you are complaining about having a white truck? put a bull bar on the front of it, and, if it's a diesel, stacks out of the bed personally, I wouldn't do shiat to it

probably made by an irate rhino owner wit 20k plus cost of rhino in his ride, after he got smoked by the brokebacks :tres hermanos_rock_smiley: that doesnt sound right anyway, yeah they are small, but they truck donkey. dragonfire racing has a new cage, and +8 longtravel out for them, and they looks sweet with these add-ons the thing i don't like about them is no room in the bed for xtra passengers oh well, I would rather be able to go anywhere in dumont with a rzr and 1 passanger, then not everywhere with any other side by sides just my opinion boys

diesels.....how much smoke is too much?
Richard Cheese replied to Richard Cheese's topic in Truck, Jeep, & Car talk
alright CALM DOWN -
that part is awesome, but instead of a carb change, and new jets, you gotta buy a freekin programmer to the tune of 200 - 400 bucks, plus your mods and that is if your manufacturer wants an aftermarket for your ride (read polaris....i have a ranger, and there are NO performance parts coming from polaris, as they havent released their fuel curves and fuel management info to aftermarket companies, like red, blue and yellow do.) cost a helluva lot more money to soup up EFI
-
those of you with programmers.........are you concerned with the amount of soot coming out of your exhaust? I noticed on one tune of my programmer, the lowest setting, that it seems to smoke a little more than the others, or stock for that matter. should I be concerned? i know that the black smoke is just unburned diesel shooting out the back, but is there a point where too much is a problem? btw Pete, how about pegging a diesel section here??

these rangers are douchbags Public lands being chewed up by off-roaders, former rangers say FROM STAFF REPORTS July 17, 2007 - 8:42PM A group of former government workers said they have had enough of off-roaders tearing up the desert. The group, Rangers for Responsible Recreation, cites data from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management that details rampant abuse from off-road vehicles in Arizona and four other Western states. Off-road vehicles are destroying watersheds and streambeds along with plants and wildlife, said former BLM director Jim Baca. His group wants stiffer fines, taking away off-road vehicles when drivers abuse the desert and suspension of hunting and fishing licenses. Bob Mason, chairman of the American Sand Association, said there can be a small minority of participants "that probably don't obey the rules." ASA members are focused on recreating at the Imperial Sand Dunes in California. Mason said he thinks the recreationists there are respectful of the natural environment just by "watching where they ride." "I think they do a pretty good job," he said. BLM numbers from 2004 to the first half of 2007 for Arizona, Nevada, California, New Mexico and Utah show more than 6,600 violations involving off-road vehicles in hit-and-run and reckless driving incidents. Other statistics show more than 2,300 violations stemming from illegal use of closed trails and other areas that are off-limits to the public. With a little more than 600 violations, Arizona ranks fourth behind California, Utah and Nevada. ---- Sun Associate Editor-Assignments Jackie Leatherman contributed to this report.
