what up DF yeah, the GOVT trys to make things confusing so that your money ends up in the state coffers. the NV state sticker sounds good to me, because regardless if your bike would be a green or red sticker in CA, with the NV sticker, you can ride your would-be CA red sticker bike anywhere, anytime!!! in CA red stickered bikes cannot be ridden from labor day to memorial day

in order to get a CA green sticker, your OHV has to be registered in CA.

if it is registered out of state, doesn't matter if it would be a green or red in CA, you can still ride it in CA

it is pretty cool to see a family dune out there in a sandrail, the little kid gets out with a letter, puts in in the box, and climbs back in and they take off. I would have to say that the north pole @ dumont is more east/northeast in it's relationship with the dunes imo

if you nevada guys can get a sticker from your state, then do it. I looked at the CA vehicle code, and couldn't find the area about out of state ohv's the guys I rode with last superbowl weekend were from SLC, UTah, and they didn't have to get a special permit, as their bikes were tagged with utah stickers. iirc

a couple of years ago, while we were banging comp hill, 5 to 6 of them flew by, with the last one dipping down below the tips of the dunes, and exiting to the north between comp hill and whatverv that hill is to the east of it.... pretty cool!!!! you can also hear them drop their ordinances about a minute or two after flying through

the 2 gig and the 4 gig software are different, IIRC were u able to use music on your 4g that you didn't get from itunes? like from limewire, or some other free service? It was apples software, I isolated it to the software disk, and once I uninstalled it, the process stopped running in the background.....don't know what else it could have been, as I run anti-spyware software all the time.

there are a ton of them out on the market flash drive hard drives video capable mmr enabled what do you like? I have had an Ipod nano 2 gig, and took it back, because when you upload the software to your machine, it implants spyware on your machine, and sends info to Mac about your music downloads I now have an ILO (wally world special) 1 gig, with up to 1 gig MMR (memory chip) supportable, which works really good for me. I currently have it set up in my truck to run off my cell phone charger, so no AAA batteries to mess with, unless I am going to the gym. the cool feature that I like is that I can have a battery in it, but when plugged in to 12v, it doesn't take power from the battery!!.. Plus it has an adjustable 5 band graphic equalizer too!!

not pissed off that you posted the numbers.....I think it is a good thing.......I have been on Cingulars AZZ the last 2 + years since I have been goingto Dumont to get them to place a tower out near there, like in Death Valley, or at the pay boxes @ dumont....and effen nothing from those money stealing rat bastards. actually I am quite happy with my service...unlimited minutes across the country.....except in dumont

it also helps if you have cellular service out there ( you cingular!!) to place an effen call. I have found only verison works out there because they have the contract for the call boxes from Baker to Dumont road

agreed!! with the grain, or against i do it against. I smoke my tri tips for about 4 hours before i grill them (i grill for only about 10 min to let the rub adhere to the meat)

the only reason I ask is that when I go back east, the cow is cut differently, and places like texas, n.e mexico, and even douglas Az , people there looked at me like I was retarded when I asked about tri-tip

there used to be a place here in Bako that made ground tri-tip burgers man those things rocked!!! they would put three 1/2 pound patties with cheese on a bun (called the bellybuster), and you didn't have to pay if you finished it. I skated without paying every time maybe that is why they closed
