"1 day off per pay period" should be stopped, however AUO = overtime, correct.?. That petition does absolutely nothing to educate the requested signers what they are petitioning for. As a business owner I would have to hire additional people if overtime were a regular occurrence or not be competitive. I'm not saying you are payed too much etc, but waste is waste, and overtime is just that if it can be controlled. You may be surprised how little this will effect your net income. And before the bashing proceeds, I do appreciate what you guys do and I am a Vet. There HAS to be an attempt to control our federal, state and local overspending, unfortunately BP is in the crosshairs on this one, much much more to come for sure...

LOL, $10 per vehicle. I could see a dealership verifying for free if someone is a long time customer and had bought the equipment through them, but when did getting paid for time spent doing something for a customer become such a rip off?

Both my kids (girl / boy) were on 400's by 10 years old and 450's by 12. I would bypass all the mid size short wheelbase stuff and get them on a full size with decent suspension and power asap. ltz 400 is a great all around ride and can be found set up pretty cheap. the suspension and power will get them out of way more trouble than it will get them into. We had a lady in camp riding a blaster for years and I don't think she ever made it through a trip without breaking the whip...

Simply to show a presence on busy weekends. Off weekends, you will rarely see any LEO. I have never felt harassed at Dumont, you feel frustrated at the presence, try Glamis on a holiday weekend where LEO make a daily appearance at your camp.
