    Which is 38304. The operator of an off-highway motor vehicle shall be able to reach and operate all controls necessary to safely operate the vehicle. So essentially they need to be able to reach the controls.

    ROV = side by side CVC 38600. Operator of a ROV shall be at least 16 years of age, or be directly supervised in the vehicle by a parent or guardian or adult authorized by the parent or guardian. CVC 38604. Operator of ROV shall not allow a passenger unless the passenger is seated upright with back against seatback and can grasp the occupant handhold with the seatbelt/safety harness properly fastened.

    Not sure on that one but an 1100hp rail is ok, so is a motorcycle without a helmet

    On a side note, I have dozens of used 20 and 30' straps. next roundup if anyone wants one let me know. They are not NEARLY as compact as the above mentioned but they will pull a DP and stacker out no problem

    Do NOT switch brands, being an LS powered car you should be running the 16.50, your trans / cvs should hold up Cheers!

    It was great to see Reed win, I have gradually become a fan of his over the years, little whiney at first but since he has had his own team he has become much better at PR. Roczen just might be the real deal in development

    900 unless the trails you ride have width restrictions, our local mountains have some with barricades set up to limit width, the 900 is way too wide to fit through.

    yep, no helmet, seen one for sale at the local christmas tree stand, I wouldn't run one without a helmet though, hecho in China
