What a day, and night, DDR was well represented today for sure. Lot's of peeps came out for the ride. It was a great time. Got there about 6pm yesterday and rode until late with dman and donnie. Had a great time. We were on our way back to camp to get some shut eye about 1230 or so, arrived in camp and Chris and Julie was there ready to have fun. Stayed up the entire night.... I was feeling it later in the morning. The 1st dune ride was the best, we took off from camp with 16 riders, wish I had helmet cam. I was toward the end of the line and the view was great, seeing that long line of riders falling over the razor's and covering both sides of the dune. You would have had to see it... The sleep monster was kicking my a$$ about 11 and I had to pull out. Hit Baker and just pulled over and crashed out for a couple hours in the Valero parking lot, I was hurting. Was good seeing and hanging out with everyone again, We'll do it all over again on the 23rd. Here's some more pics from the activities....Semper Fi, Woody Got Pete coming in this time:

Looking forward to the weekend. The wind has been blowing 40+mph for the last couple days. Should be smooth and ready by the weekend. Hopefully it dies back down by then also...SF Woody

The meeting was pretty good this week, alot of stuff discussed and already mentioned. They are talking about a speed limit in the entire camp area, flats, not passed that point going into the dunes. I think the rule is already there, it just needs to be enforced. Like this weekend coming up, if we wanted to speed out to the dunes in the flats, even though no one else will be there, we would be breaking the law, because it's now in the camping area. I say just enforce what is already in place. Passes are still up in the air on how there going to make them available, BLM is supposed to make up a proposal and pass it around the TRT and get feedback. Of course they will still be available at the BLM office and you can get them by phone still. The trash is a big thing for the hardball, I really don't see alot of it going toward Baker when I'm leaving on any weekend. Just need to make sure we get the word out to make sure your trash is secure when you leave so it can't blow out of your truck bed. I'm sure there's some more stuff, but I've been on the range all week long. I went straight back out after the meeting, Looking forward to a good ride this weekend...Semper Fi, Woody

Yeah, had a great time out there today, the Sand was so SMOOTH, good times riding and just hanging out with friends. We need to do that again sooner than later.
