b370 Posted August 22, 2006 Share Posted August 22, 2006 problem was the rectifier. One of the pins started to melt within the plug. Once removed you could see where a small piece of metal was sticking through the backing/plastic. I think it could have been grounding out against the frame. Either way he contacted the co he bought it from and they admitted to having problems with all of them. They will be sending him a new updated version!
