Desert Dynamics build

Recommended Posts

Figured I would post up some photo's of our build. This will be our 4th car and with that a unique build. We were in the process of upgrading our 3rd car and when my scheming became to much the wifey halted the upgrades and said let's have Dave build us the car we want. So what made this car unique is we asked Dave to use the tabzone front end we purchased and fabbed already. He agreed and thus started the build of our 4 seat inch and 3/4 radius roof car.

Some progress photo's. All the plumbing is done. Dash has been with wire guy for a bit. Throw the engine harness and finish wiring it hopefully.

Still chasing a few gremlins but still feeling good for buggy round up. When i finally got the motor to firei wasn't impressed with oil pressure. Alper and a couple of the guys felt the oil pick up ga

Chassis is at powdercoat, trans is getting checked out as a cya. Get it all back and start the mad dash. We definitely can't wait to tear up the dunes with the new car.

That's gotta be a great feeling seeing it roll. I know how it was for sanddunesaddict when he was building his SCU to finally get the suspension and wheels on.

Good looking car. Can't wait to see it completed and in the sand.

Pete I'm definitely stoked to drive it. Might be more stoked to see how the body comes out. Just trying to figure out all the lil extra sh*t and where to put it such as trans pumps and oil coolers.

Thanks firecracker we definitely wanted to make this build a good one.
