ItsWeeks Posted December 16, 2015 Posted December 16, 2015 Figured I would post up some photo's of our build. This will be our 4th car and with that a unique build. We were in the process of upgrading our 3rd car and when my scheming became to much the wifey halted the upgrades and said let's have Dave build us the car we want. So what made this car unique is we asked Dave to use the tabzone front end we purchased and fabbed already. He agreed and thus started the build of our 4 seat inch and 3/4 radius roof car. Quote
FireKracker Posted December 16, 2015 Posted December 16, 2015 That bulkhead is bad azz!!! Look forward to more updates. On a side note, maybe you could have your wife convince mine to do the same. Ha! Quote
ItsWeeks Posted December 16, 2015 Author Posted December 16, 2015 FireKracker once it's done just let my wife take her for a cruise. She can be pretty convincing. Lol 1 Quote

ItsWeeks Posted January 22, 2016 Author Posted January 22, 2016 Yea that's what we were shooting for. Following Jalper it needs to be. He is a dealer for this front end if someone is looking for an upgrade. Quote
MetalWorxFab Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 That car will be bad a$$, I worked for Dave for a while building the Sandcars in '06, and from the builders standpoint, they are awesome. 👍🏻 Quote
ItsWeeks Posted February 23, 2016 Author Posted February 23, 2016 Went by the shop today and the car is getting close! Turning out awesome in our opinion. 1 Quote

ItsWeeks Posted February 29, 2016 Author Posted February 29, 2016 Well we were able to bring this monster home this weekend. Dave did an incredible job and now it's time for us to get to work. Quote
dunefreak Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 That's gotta be a great feeling seeing it roll. I know how it was for sanddunesaddict when he was building his SCU to finally get the suspension and wheels on. Good looking car. Can't wait to see it completed and in the sand. Quote
dirtflickarooster Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 Sweet! That thing looks awesome. I wonder what Alper was over there trying to talk you into on it. It looks like the wife is expecting to be the first to drive that bad boy. Congratulation! cant wait to see it in action. Quote
ItsWeeks Posted April 2, 2016 Author Posted April 2, 2016 Well a little photo progress report. Had the car a few weeks now and have made decent progress. It's set to go get a full body in a few weeks. Quote
dunefreak Posted April 2, 2016 Posted April 2, 2016 You've gotta be getting crazy stoked to drive it at this point! Quote
ItsWeeks Posted April 5, 2016 Author Posted April 5, 2016 Pete I'm definitely stoked to drive it. Might be more stoked to see how the body comes out. Just trying to figure out all the lil extra sh*t and where to put it such as trans pumps and oil coolers. Thanks firecracker we definitely wanted to make this build a good one. Quote
ItsWeeks Posted April 29, 2016 Author Posted April 29, 2016 So we dropped the car off with Jones Fabrication to have him put a full body on the car. Here is some progress he's made in a short time. Quote
