I wouldn't really worry about the plastic bracket. Thay break all the time and most of them never really need to be replaced.

Your gonna wanna change out the air anyways. Once dune season hits, you might wanna put winter air in your tires.

Hell run nitrogen in them works great.. no moisture really though its true, thats what i did in the race truck

I run Helium in my truck tires. It lightens the truck by about 40 lbs and gets me better fuel mileage.
