It needs new Ring and Pinion, third gear and bearings. I was hoping for a cheaper fix but, everyone knows not to budget on this stuff because it always costs double. I still don't think that was the cause of your noise- I still think that throwout bearing is mainly what you were hearing. Is he gonna have it back together soon enough for you to make New Years? JoeDuner Posted December 14, 2007 Author Share Posted December 14, 2007 He is ordering the parts today and said it will be together Tuesday, but the he needs a special nut, that is out of stock, for the Funco nose cone. Funco is out of town this weekend so, he will know Monday on the nut situation. If it wasn't for that, it would be ready Tuesday. I am also getting a taller Weddle Ring and Pinion.
