  1. That is what we do Tony, then come home through Baker for fuel and food.
  2. Circus Circus is closing, you can use the Oasis RV park dump station at Blue Diamond and I15. Baker is longer and a steep long grade, Blue Diamond is shortest but the steepest hill, you can also go like your going to Amargosa and cut through Pahrump.. We have done all 3 of the routes, we usually go through Tecopa there and baker home to grab fuel and lunch.
  3. Nobody here is trying to give him a hard time, the loss is horrible and I cannot imagine what he must be going through having been there. I do think that if there is something that can be learned so that it does not happen to someone else, it would be good to share what happened. If it is to hard at this time to share the story, by all means I understand and take your time and heal.
  4. Sorry to hear that, I am sure this is all very hard on you! Keep in mind though Pete is just trying to get the information out there and by no means was trying to be disrespectful, he is a very compassionate guy!
  5. WOW no need for that, Pete clearly stated that was info given to him and not sure how accurate it was. This is very sad to see someone so young have this happen to them, feel very sorry for his family.
  6. I have seen people put a battery and light on a small quad, but they have to charge the battery during the day to run it, I don't think the 90 can charge, but I could be very wrong.
  7. Just checked out the switches, should be ordering some here soon and maybe rear view mirrors also, just depends on $$$.
  8. I had a good time at the show, we got some great deals on a lot of parts, saved a ton of money.
  9. I disagree in the just a name part, I have seen several come apart. I don't think there is a big separation is brightness, more quality and durability.
  10. If I find a big motor for one of my 70's, I will sell one of my motors cheap, assuming you don't already find one.
  11. That is a good price, you can find stock motors cheap.
  12. What are you looking to spend, don't want to post links that are out of the relm.
  13. LOL I cannot imagine Jaime getting up that early!!!
  14. Wish I could have made it, but with going to ST A's next weekend, wanted to save the money.
  15. Very low hours, my dad was the original owner and never really used it other than a few times on some dirt roads. I bought it for my daughter, but she never got into it, so it still never gets used. The original tires still have over probably 90% tread and come with a full set of front and rear sand tires. The Raptor is in great shape and has never been rolled or wrecked in anyway. I would rather see it get ridden and have the space in the garage versus letting it sit. $3.900 OBO The spot on the ground in the pics is water, it had just been washed.
  16. Congrats, nothing like getting a new toy!!!!
  17. I love them both, just the down side for me personally is that a rail is $$$ to fix and only usable in the sand. SXS is no rail in the sand and not capable of keeping up, but still a very very fun dune toy and I can take it to Utah for trail riding, which is why it is the better option for me personally. Rails and SXS's are both awesome machines, it is up to the individual owners as to what works for them. Back on topic, I will be headed to SSSS, room is booked!
  18. probably only needs a fluid change and the carb cleaned, maybe some new clean jets at the most.
  19. There are not any really good shops in Vegas
