I don't really understand what it does. If it's only for warm weather, why does it need to be on? I have never turned it on and my fridge works just fine when it's hot outside.

I was cleaning up the inside of my fridge tonight and noticed a switch I have never seen before...."Climate Control". It's on the inside of the freezer door opening on the top. It has been turned off ever since I have got the toyhauler. Anyone else have one? What does it actually do?

yep correct, Ken. Both light units shouldn't require any diesel, except to fill the tanks for when they return them. We'll still need some of the gasoline for the other gas generators though, so bring some.

Sweet. Hopefully the big lights will help with the quality of nightime pics and video. As for video, since the file sizes are so big, PM me and we can make arrangements for me to get a cd from whoever can get some video burned up if it's too big to upload to Putfile or any other video host. I'll pay the shipping if needed.

If anyone is going to be filming video or taking pictures at the night drags this weekend, please do me a favor and send me anything of "decent" quality to pics@dumontduneriders.com. I will be putting a page together after the night drags of pictures, video, etc to recap this 1st annual event. It will an easy and great way for everyone to check out the highlights of the event in addition to the forum. Thanks everybody! -Pete

If everyone could at least meet up w/ us sometime throughout the night and kick in at least 5 or 10 bucks, that would really help payback crd450 and Sam for getting the lights out there. Come see us at the botton of Banshee Hill where the DDR banner will be setup. There will be a pot of some sort setup for them.

I'm with ISBB on this as well. That's been the biggest reason I've been out of it latey too. Just been too damn busy and trying to save some cash. I'll be drinking at home getting stuff ready for the weekend.

Yeah I hear ya, but I think the biggest reason why most of us haven't gotten anything done this summer is because it's just too damn HOT! Dune season is fast approaching!
