  7. Never heard of thet before I think that would be a problem for the get go, just not on a hot start problem.. Did you check the big o- ring on the carb and see if it's ok or if it's missing.. after replacing that o-ring my sons kfx 80 it started much better. This o-ring is on the outside of the carb that connects to the rubber boot
  8. the stock reads worked out a lot better than the boysen one's...is your compression gauge working properly..i'd would check it with another gauge to make sure it's working properly or not check your compression cold and then check it after running the bike for about 10 min or so
  9. The after market reeds dont work very well with these little bike...Same problem happend to my son's 03 kfx 80.. did you get the head done,or just installed a new piston and rings
  10. ya- nick's right about removeing the cover for your shower handle and inspect for leaks.. see if the valve is leaking or it's leaking from above....I'll pm you my # if you need help, talking you through it
  11. what's on the back side of the shower valve..Is it dry wall or is it a outside wall
  12. Sounds to me that it's either the shower arm or the drop ear..did the tenants try to replace a shower head ?.. If the drains are fine and the faucet dosn't leaking only until it's deverted to the shower head. it's got to be either the shower arm broke at the drop ear or the drop ear broke at the pipe fitting
  13. Great pics looks like you guys had a good time.. Partying like a rock stars ..we need to get up there and do that some day

  19. what you described here is what is going on..the fitting that's on the valve cover is fixed with on o-ring.. These little truck are great on gas.. but what a pain in the a$$ to work on.. But thanks for the help
  20. well thanks PETE now i don't feel like a total dumb a$$...
  21. Thanks for the input guys..but what is on the valve cover, is totally different than what a pcv valve is or supposed to be .. I'v checked out some other sites and it must be a mystery or something.. The only reason i'm trying to replace it, is that there is a lot of oil that's blowing back in the throttle body is all
  22. sorry I'm just a plumber it's just a habit
  23. ya thanks it a 2.2 liter.. but there is is no pvc valve on the valve cover..I called chevy and they sell the part but couldn't tell me, or had no information on the location of it.. The parts guy talked to one of the techs and sad to replace the valve cover
  24. what the fk, I cant seem to find the PVC valve on my son's 2000 s-10..it's a 2.3 L..I'm starting to think that it's built into the valve cover or something
