I got to agree with dunefreak on his post...my wife has a warrior 350 great bike to learn on. But definitely not a hill shooter... For opening weekend, I let her take my LTR out, and see loved it...See said that it was more comfortable to ride and felt a lot safer on it....By the end of the trip she was dunning some pretty big stuff and got to climb comp hill 3/4 the way up, and was so excited about it....Because this is more of a guys sport and want are other half to enjoy it as much as we do..Don't under power them, and if you got some patience too teach them on a one on one basis...They will get it, and be a little more excited about the next trip out

Seen this on gd.com... Apparently, a prerunner truck collided with a rail head on. They were only doing about 30mph each and the truck drove over the passenger tire and broke the cage above the passenger. Maybe someone else has more details. The guy in the rail was killed

I hear it's a pain in the a$$ to put a twist trottle on a ltr... dam near the hole bike needs to be dissembled..It just take some time too get used to, and learn to relax ..The problem is that most people that first start off and riding those big dunes are all stiff and not comfortable, just need to learn to relax and your going to find that their's ,no more thumb throb because your not hanging on for dear life

From the pic it looks really lite.. It should move along pretty well

I couldn't understand why the other guys, didn't want too go on the meet and greet ride until afterwords :ah: That's one of the funnest rides that i'v been on in a long time... If you think that your just a average duner, don't try this your just going too get hurt.... Any one can race up comp but it takes some skill too dune like that......

Glade you pulled out "randog" It looked like were we where parked, at the bottom of comp that the a$$ end came up about 6 feet when you hit those rollers :ah: .... My butt was pucking up just by watching
