damn! i missed alot of fun but had my own over the weekend. it was a thrill to finally actually be racing in a snore race. i cant wait till the next one.

are you still running an airbox? i did away with mine and just have two k and n filterswith outerwears. makes it alot easier to change jets plus more air.

just curious, why did you get new carbs? i asked mike kline about banshee carbs and he said the stock ones work great. there may be a little improvement in an aftermarket carb but he said stock is fine if jetted right.

i'll second that advice. i didn't have a cool head but mine was shaved, or the v force reeds but was .040 over with a k and n filter and was running 280 jets. they worked great. i have some 280, 290 and 310s you can take with you if you want. they are to small for mine now. i live close to you. pm me if you want them.

a few years ago we were down at the porta pottys at the entrance to snob hill there and a track worker on a golf cart came by. we said we needed a ride in to see some friends and he gave us one. watched the whole race from the back stretch

im gonna be there. have had my tickets since last spring. i keep 4 seats in the earnhardt terrace every year at turn 4. im ready to do some tailgating. lets hook up. my buddy comes from florida every year and we stay at the plaza so we can party downtown. we both love craps and beer. not a bad drive up vegas blvd. from there. last year we won a little money but promptly pissed it away in glitter gulch. whats a weekend without boobs?

last time we went to logandale was a couple of years ago and it was fun but godamn it was hot. went in the middle of summer i think.

damn! i was just getting excited about verizon until you mentioned the dead spot next to black mountain. my nextel sucks here at home and i thought it was just them. radio stations suck right here too so i guess its just all the interferance from the antennas up there.

cook it the old fashion way, a kettle and some oil. melt your own butter and pour it on. we did that last trip and it was awsome. i think everyone had a little of it.

let me know where you camp at out at the track. my buddy flys in from florida every year for the race . we have seats in the earnhardt terrace. i thought about taking my motorhome and camping at the track but we stay downtown so we can party at night. its a short drive to the track from there.

i should have started a new topic when i posted the suggestion to have thirsty thursday at the new hooters hotel and casino grand opening tomorrow night. fireworks at 8:40 and doors open at 9:00 to the public. again i will say, anyone up to a new venue for a night? hooters calander girls, cold beer, hot a$$ wings, mmmmmmmmmm. ps. its the old san remo on the strip.
