Richard Cheese replied to Richard Cheese's topic in ATV / Motorcycle Talk
thanks for all the replies people. it is nice to have a group of people so helpful. I went with ken's colors idea....the spray paint, as I just happened to have flat black that I use for my wrought iron gate around my pool. I was surprised the i didnt have any "safety wire" laying around the house anyhow, it worked great, and is not slipping off any more. thanks again people!!!you little effen biotches -
Funniest TRUE thing you have witnessed

I did my brother's bachelor party over @ pismo beach in the dunes. we had about 30 or so guys there in camp, most of them not riding, just getting hella drunk. My friend just got an 85 ATC 250R that was in prestine condition for like 500 bucks (the previous owner was a tweeker, and needed a fix ). no scratches on the plastic, chrome everywhere on the engine. etc etc. two guys show up about 2 hours after everyone else got there. they ripped through a 30 pack on the drive from bako to pismo, about 130 miles Then they drank even more for about 2 more hours. One of them, who was sitting down at the time, gets up out of his chair, and does the drunk stumbling move I like to call the chicken dance (think of how sore your legs are after you've ridden, and you try to walk...that is one version of the chicken dance). He pulls it off without falling down, and asks my friend if he can ride his 250r around camp. My friend, being a real easy-going guy, who also didn't see the beer bottles fall out of this guys truck when he arrived, says, " you know how to ride it?" ......."oh yeah, ive ridden several times." gives him the key, and starts on the first kick. drunk dude is whirling around camp a couple times. We are all sitting down, facing the beach, watching the riders, and girls in bikini's when we hear drunk dude on the 250 R.....WANNNNNG WAANAAAANNG............FFFFFFFFPPPPPT......brbrbrbr and right in front of us, wheelying down the beach is the 250R...with no pilot We look around where the bike came from, and there is drunk dude, on his ARSE He ended up busting the rear plastic on the bike. he was ok, and went back to doing what he does best....drinking.... my friend was bent, and to this day, still hasn't got any money out of drunk dude to pay for it -
IT AINT ABOUT talking smack to each other. it is kind of like a brotherhood, as I see it. We all have one thing in common, the dunes..no need to browbeat people that don't want to. if someone is complaining, then stop it...it is that simple.. cheese out

I am not wanting to subscribe...I am doing this for ACEISBACK, as he sent me a brand new throttle cable, which I didn't pay him for, and just trying to help a bruva out. There is an article in that issue about DS days @ little Sahara, Ut, which he attended, and he wants it. thanks

looking at the second pic, it looks to be a superlite front bedroom.....the smallest one that WW makes is the 23.. think about it....a 4 runner, pulling a 23 ft front sleeper, filled with toys, full of water, and both vehicles loaded for the dunes... wtf was the owner thinking......HE/SHE WASN'T!!! Glad no one was hurt

I have a grip on my left handle bar that keeps on slipping off. I have gone through 2 tubes of grip glue, and it doesn't hold right now, the grip is just on the bar, with no tape or anything else between the grip and the bar. got any suggestions???

with as big as I am, I doubt it would be that good for me Why do the manufactures take the engines out of the MC bikes, detune them, and then stick them in a quad that is heavier, and has a lower center of gravity....detune them if anything, they should improve them, to handle the extra weight.
