  1. Answer these questions first. What type of music does he play? What type of guitar does he have and if you do buy the Mesaboogie are u going to get the half stack or combo version. These are important questions to know before you select one of the two amps. They both have their advantages for different styles.
  2. Mesa Amps are my favorite! Mark 5 is a great little amp that is very versatile! How long has the kid been playing?
  3. Don't really have any concrete plans but I do plan on catching up on some much needed sleep. Plan on drinking plenty of beer though!
  4. Thanks bud! I will make a speedy recovery! I have to, dune season is around the corner!
  5. Thanks guys for the support. Just got home from the specialist and here is where I stand...Im screwed broken wrist in two places, they had to reset it today and I will have to do another check up in a week. If next weeks check up isnt good then I need surgery to place some pins in. Basically the wrist is broken on a very sensitive spot where it could keep breaking itself over and over. If next weeks x ray doesnt show signs of healing then the big "S" word is needed. It could have been a lot worst so Im grateful for that. I plan on making every trip to Dumont this season since I got started late last season! Thanks again everyone! Heres some pics at the Doc's office today>

  7. patient because Im typing with one hand! A coworker of mine suggested i go with him to the boulder city track today with him and since i havnt been i thought i would give it a try. everything was awesome at first. i was jumping my quad on some pretty good jumps. i was really enjoying myself and getting very comfortable. then all the sudden i went to jump my bike again but my front nose dived which in turn smashed my face, chest and neck into the handlebars of my quad. i bit my tounge pretty hard as well and got some cool bruises on my face! anyways my wrist got tweaked pretty good and i ended up breaking it all the way through the joint. tomorrow i go and see a specialist (same one that did surgery on my ankle a year ago) to see if i need surgery. lets keep our fingers crossed that surgery isnt required. anyways the track was a lot of fun and suggest you should try it if you have not already! i will go again once im healed! fun stuff!!
  8. What cabinet company do you work for? I have been hearing rumors from different city inspectors that builders are putting houses on the ground and more than the last few months. Not sure if they are just trying to push out there inventory for their year end mark but I have been hearing different things.
  9. I work in the Plumbing re-pipe business and it's pretty steady. So grateful I have a job. So many people out there out of work and I really feel bad for them. I hope this thing turns soon!
  10. Sams Cycle sent my rear shock off to TCS to be re-valved and I love it. Might consider trying them.
  11. We still had a whole unopened 36 pack left plus someone gave Pete an 18 pack on Saturday and Steve had brought some as well. By the end of Saturday night I really couldn't even think about drinking more beer. So much fun!!
  12. vaJJ, (down right mean) Great hanging with you again! Eddie it was a pleasure to meet you and I look forward to riding with you on that new bad a$$ machine you bought as soon as you feel better. Pete, thanks again for the ride and the comfortable place to sleep. I had so much fun I can't begin to tell you. Met some new people and seen some old friends that I have not seen in over ten years Friday night was my favorite night considering we had "comp" all to ourselves. Note to self that 4 36 packs of Bud Light is plenty for 4 to 6 people. I'd rather have to much than not enough. Good times for sure!
  13. Thanks again Al for making a great night with incredible food!
  14. Athabasca Sand Dunes Canada. Athabasca Sand Dunes
  15. Can't wait to go! Looking forward to meeting some new faces out there!
  16. I have a Husky/Australian Shepperd mix and she lots of hair. I had a vet tell me that dogs are actually cooler with more hair because it acts as an insulator. I don't care I shave that beotch down twice every summer because I can't take stand the shedding. For some reason it's really bad in the summer so I feel your pain! I don't care what the vet says she looks for comfortable shaved than full of hair! In the winter I brush her once in the morning and once at night and that makes a big difference in her shedding and the overall look of her.
  17. Congrats Jason to you and your family!
  18. Still learning how to ride but I want to be able to keep up with pete and the others without listening to Steve telling me "find more throttle!" So I guess I'm going to say that I would prefer to haul a$$ through the dunes!
  19. Umm... Looking at the weather report on my phone and it says Tecopa is going to be 116 on Friday and 114 on Saturday :ah: :ah: That's hot as hell!
