Im a little late posting my ride report it looks like but o'well... -seeing dunemonkeys quad and helmet at the bottom of the hill and her at the base of the cliff brings on total confusion as to how she got there. but glad shes o.k. (Evil K.'s got nothing on Monkey) -i like sleeping in my riding gear, it makes me go faster. i can practice in my sleep. -the saying- "im eating your balogna" apparently means the same as "can i have fome of your balogna please", i did not know this untill this weekend. -riding around the desert with a 5 gallon gas can only to find the people you were saving werent even there anymore really sucks. -The Kingquad doesnt like hills, but loves the revlimiter. (Right Anna?) -the wind sucks, but not as bad as going back to work. -Insane with the Coathang.......... -One word- Discharge -Pizza Hut in St. George (or wherever we were), SUCKS! -coral pink is indeed a cool place to ride, altitude sucks with the 2 stroke, but all in all the food was great, peeps were cool, nice to meet everyone and see ya next time.

A BIG HUUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO OFFERED TO HELP OUT!!!!! :headbang: Wed. night I was up untill 1a.m. putting my bike back together and jetting it. was rushing and thrashing soo bad i didnt even get a chance to call anyone to make arrangements. sorry to wingnut and sincity blonde. sounds like you didnt wait for me, which is a good thing. sincity blonde offered to haul my bike and wingnut was gonna take me, but at the last moment Stevo said he could haul me and my bike up. THANKS MAN!!! i ddint make plans with him untill 12 oclock thursday. finished test riding my bike around 6 today, and Im actually going to make it!! Dunno where ill sleep, heading to buy a tent tonight. im really not worried about sleeping, only riding. My bike has been apart for 3 months, so this will be its maden voyage. I did everyting at the last minute, but im ready. thanks again to all that offered to help! SEE YOU AT THE DUNES!!

lvnalolife, and anyone for that matter- check to see if you can find someone coming up friday that i could throw my bike in. i found a few people going up i could ride with, just gotta find a ride for my bike now and im good to go.

I know a few of you guys (and gals) are headed to corral pink for memorial day weekend. I was wondering if anyone was leaving friday instead of thursday that i could hitchike with? Ill pitch in for gas. it'd just be me, my dirtbike and my gear. and of course food and drink. Or i could send my bike up early with someone else if people leaving on friday dont have room for it. I want to go, but would rather carpool to save gas $$$ and dont want to drive all that way by myself.

that pogostick was actually kinda fun. i had a good time guys, got a pretty cool group of folks on this site.

im a mechanic and like building nascar series cars and now building long travel sand rails, but my bor is moving into town, hes only 20, think he can get in, or the job posted above, are they still hiring?

My younger brother will be moving to Vegas from Iowa In early July, basically because there is nothing to do in Iowa and you get to experiance soo much more In a town like Vegas. Hes going to move into my house so i have room and board covered. But he is going to sell his car in iowa and just fly down here since he doesnt own much as far as house furnishings or anything since he was living in a college dorm room. So Im trying to find him a job and a car before he gets down here. As far as a car goes, it doesnt need to be fancy, only requirements are its dependable and isnt totally beat into the ground. something for under a grand just to get him wheels untill he gets settled in and money saved back up for something better. As far as the job thing is concerned, he'll do just about anything, He's 20 years old. he's currently a cook in a restaurant, he would be interested in a sporting goods store or, well hell, anything, if you know of anyone hiring or looking for help, let me know, he's got a good work ethic and hes a bigger kid, perfect build for a moving company or appliance delivery if you know of anything. If ya know of any cars or job openings, post up or pm me. Thanks!
