This is Las Vegas if you wont to live like California move to California You can sit around the campfire all night for a weekend but that smoke doesn’t bother you. But I to do not smoke in restaurants or where they serve food because I don’t like smelling it when I eat so I don’t think other people should have to. I just think no smoking in bars is going over board you can ban it everywhere else and I don’t spend a lot of time there ether. I hope I don’t sound like a a$$ but have lived here long enough to see how the place has changed

sounds great I glad he's coming out of this ok :freakin_nuts: :shocked2:

It looks to me like there going to do this thing with or with out DDR so why not get The recognition you deserve for having the best Dumont site, you deserve it and maybe get some financial benefit out of it. Plus you could give them info about how terrible it is out there when the wind blows And the terrible conditions it is in the bathrooms, how the road wash’s away and that your neighbor is always riding around your camp on his loud polluting 2-stoke till wee Hours of the night so no one will won’t to come out there
-
I take my kids and wife out there every weekend we are there, we start at the wash on the west side and follow sand highway around to the pole and then go around by comp on the way back, that lets the kids see more and are really tired when we get back then its my time to ride
-
If you still need to get rid of it let me know and I can dump it in the scrap bin at work

I think we talked about this before, I don't know about taping off part of the dunes or not, but the rebar is something that must stop before it impales someone, we camp way out back so our kids have a safe place to ride and we dont interfer with everybody else just my2cents -
Me and Freinds are camping out back by the cliffs we like it out there not so much dust and we have small kids, but I wont to come and meet some of you guys this weekend

This is the best article that i found about this (Senator Mike McGinness of Fallon, Nevada, has introduced legislation, Senate Bill 117 (SB 117), to create an OHV Registration program for the state of Nevada. Nevada is one of the few western states that does not require registration of Off-Highway Vehicles, or have any kind of an OHV Fund. SB 117 would require registration of all off-highway motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, dune buggies, and snowmobiles, including a $25 per year registration fee. Unfortunately, this bill as written today does not put the money into an OHV fund, but puts the money directly into the state general fund with no benefit whatsoever to OHV owners. Making matters even worse, this bill was proposed by Nevada dealers, led by Neal Grasteit of Preferred Motors and Marine in Fallon. He feels that too many Nevada residents go out of state to make OHV purchases to avoid paying sales tax, and this would close the loophole. Mr. Grasteit didn't make any attempt to work with OHV owners to develop a bill that works for everybody. The Dunes and Trails ATV Club have submitted a substitute bill to Senator McGinness. This bill would establish an OHV program that would greatly benefit the Nevada OHV community, while satisfying the needs of the dealers at the same time. Some Nevada activists are opposed to any kind of OHV registration program, due in large part to problems they have seen with the California OHV program. We can understand their concerns. But here is an opportunity to create a model OHV program that will provide substantial benefits. If you agree, we urge you to contact Senator McGinness, and ask him to support the substitute OHV registration bill. --You can contact Senator McGinness at mmginness@sen.state.nv.us or you can call 775-684-1442. )

My understanding is that if you ride a none registered vehicle in cali you must have a green sticker if nevada starts a registretion program and you register here you will not have to in cali also. But cali's is $20 nevada is talking about charging $25
