  1. Nice!!! Can you say double sway controlers. Awesome setup.
  2. Taylor, I am sending my brother by today, he has an Excursion that you can't miss.
  3. Gotta love Nevada, we don't pay income tax, so they have to get there money somehow... We get tested on the 2nd year of ownership on. The legal limit is .3 parts per million and my truck was smogged last year with .05 ppm. $45.00 is what I paid last year.
  4. Nice ride!!! That 5.6 moves, neighbor has the Infinity version and loves it.
  5. I don't know about you, but I pulled out a 05 Ford 6L with his 32 WW behind him right in front of my spot on Vendor row at Dumont. He sure didn't want to get a hook from a poor little, Jap built, independent front suspended, injectors under the valve covers Duramax. Dang wife didn't have a camera. I didn't even have my box turned on. LOL
  6. I think what pisssed me off the most about last weekend was all the cars and quads that think Vendor Row is supposed to be a quarter mile race track, or main street. I still have a cough from a$$hats that thought they needed to show everyone how small it is... I am a true believer of being respectful around peoples camps, trying to stay as far away from those camps as possible, and not blasting through peoples camps at mach 3. The vendor next to me did put up caution tape between my trailer and his because the people in the camps behind us kept blasting through the gap between my trailer and his. I am not sure why people think that shooting a gap between trailers and camps at high speed is cool but I had a few that thought it was a 50 mph zone. No respect at all. Dumont is a great place to ride, be seen (if that's your deal), have fun and relax, but there needs to be more responsibility placed on the jerk offs that destroy it for the rest of us. If there is a speed limit, it needs to be enforced. If we are to pack out what we bring in, we need to be more conciencious (sp) of those around us that are leaving the trash and report them. This place is going to be like the rest of the dune closures of the past, and then what, Amargosa? Not quite big enough for 50,000 people. Respect is a thing of the past, and all because of liberal media and liberal parents that don't care enough to teach their kids respect for themselves and others around them. I for one, will pass on my respect for others to my childeren, or they won't ride until they learn. Rant off...
  7. I had a great time this weekend meeting everyone that came over to get DDR shirts. I didn't get much riding in, but the rides I got to go on were good, lot's of chop and lot's of people. My buddy had a close one on Comp hill; he almost got ran over by a rail at the top. It was a close one! Another guy in our camp did an endo, went end over end coming down a pretty steep face across from Vendor row. We think he might have broken his leg. Anyhow, I hope to see you guy's again, and Happy Halloween.
  8. Nope, but I think we can get something for a truck that old, LOL. I will do a little research.
  9. Congrats on the new truck, I am running a smokin deal for a whole tuner package http://www.alligatorperformance.com/index....;ProductID=2010 Check it out, it will definitely make your truck run.
  10. And some people may think putting dead antlers on a helmet is in bad taste. But that is why I like this place, everyone has ther own opinion and we all get along just great. BTW, I think the horns are cool, so I wasn't knocking them.
  11. What falls are those? I love Oregon, but just to visit though. 7 months of rain would suuuuck....My in-laws live in Salem, Eugene, and Bend. All of them Native Las Vegans, but chose to stay in Oregon. Sucks to drive 20 hours to see the relatives.
  12. I had Sand Stars on my 03' Predator and they worked very well, I will prolly get them for my 06'. I would ocassoionally ride my friends Raptor with Haulers on it and I could not turn as well. It seemed to push in the corners and the Sand Stars did not do that. If you like to go straight, get the haulers, for a good in between, get the Stars. That's my $.02
  13. This couldn't have come at a worse time, but my tranny has seen better day's. Was hoping to make it through the winter, but it has been slipping and shifting hard for the last week. I guess that's what I get for beating on it. But business before pleasure, and since I make my money using this truck, got to put the priorities in the right place. Anyway's, I will hopefully be looking for a new ride before the season, what should I get?
  14. Not much to say about the Dodges, but the Chevy's (I own 2) seem to be better than the Ford (6.0L Stroker). Seen to many of them being turned up too much and blowing head gaskets. Most of this is due to aftermarket programming, towing on to high of a setting, and hot rodding. The Cummins seem to take a lot of abuse, if you can keep a tranny behind them and don't stay too long in the hot zone (EGT's).The Dmax will make a lot of power with tuning and and can sustain high EGT's for long periods of time, and the Allison will handle about 90 extra hp all day, but after that, you will need a new tranny too. I can testify to that because mine is ready for a rebuild at 60,000 miles. I have raced, towed, and generally abused my truck for all of those miles. However, If you can get the right programming (stock or a mild tow/economy tune), keep your foot out of it, and use the power only when you need it (usually to soot the ricers, ha ha), every one of these trucks will give you long life. Maintenence goes along way in preventing breakdown, changing the fuel filters on all diesel trucks regularly (7500 to 15000 miles) and using a good fuel additive will help all of these problems.
  15. Here is a little info about the product: It is a little fuzzy, but I can e-mail it to you if you want.
  16. Hey, any of you looking to power up your new diesel trucks, take a look at this. I am running a special on these this month and thought you would like to know what the options are for the new 06 diesel trucks. This programmer has proven to give a MPG increase as well. Cool part of this is, this could be the last chip you buy. The chip is internet upgradeable (you can take it out of your old truck and reflash it to your new trucks programming and wala, no more $$$ out of your pocket). PM me if you want any more info.
  17. I sent e-mails to several places this afternoon. I will post the replies when they, well reply?... Anyways, I did a search for RV extended warranties and several places came up.
  18. My 06 Attitude trailer will be a year old and the waranty is going to expire on Aug 11th. Is there a place to find a warranty that is less than the dealer? TIA
  19. What is there website? I cannot find it?
