Kick Off Weekend

[1BADYFZ]

I cant go..The Raptor was smokin like a diesel on the dyno monday. I think it needs new rings. On a side note,it made good horspower for a Cummins Raptor 700 It sucks but I dont want to take it out and make it worse.

Here we go again...Break out the check book!!!

Its not bad at all. It was a high comp single ring piston. It wasnt going to last forever. I tore it down today and ordered a new piston and gaskets

I will arrive at Dumont Oct 8 @ around 9-10pm at night. Staying either till Saturday night (9) or Sunday (10) morning not sure.

[DunerDan]

Hey Adrian! how you been? Come out the 2nd so we can get some runs in! Oct 8 is the off-road expo

I am not going this weekend, I am going to cabo with the boys.

I am planing a trip for haloween.

There's a slight possibility I'll be out there Oct 23-24. Might be heading out solo to meet up with a few friends.

Sounds like kickoff weekend is Halloween for most this year.

These triple digits temps need to go bye bye!

i might have a install to do on friday and if i do ill probably stay home and work on DDR till the wee hours of the morning again

Well I guess with the extreme heat still this weekend and the fact that this thread has been dead it's safe to assume that not a lot of people will be making it out this weekend. Last year a couple of us went the weekend before Halloween for a day trip before the big crowds came in. It was beautiful weather and the sand was perfect. I'd like to make it out there at least once before halloween to get some less congested riding in. If I or anyone else plans on going before then post up before hand. Every morning I wake up and check the weather report hoping for cooler weather in the coming days. I'm getting the itch really bad!

[dunefreak]

Yeah there's no way I'm going out there. It's gonna be about 100 degrees. So much for a kickoff weekend.

we are going to try. want to see how the new ford built to hell 2.3L blow through turbo will my demon 650cfm will do can wait to hit the sand

[rob-and-katie]

I've been great just working and going to school. Did you go this weekend?

I already planned it with my friend and we both asked for this weekend coming up off. Should be a fun day!
