The hubby got his quad back and we were talking about going to coral pink for the first time... But Its up in the air between going to his aunts suprise birthday party in trona ca., or staying in town for the weekend to watch the fight.... Or scounge up enough money to be at coral pink for a few days.. Soo I guess we wont know till friday night... but a big hint to the hubby... :shout: I wanna go to coral pink

I post on many threads and have been missing in action for a while cuz well you know, sheit happens. so a few weeks ago i go to log on and I really couldnt remember my password.. so every once in a while between then and now I would try to log in and I would still forget what password it is, and what e mail i used. Well By golly today I just typed in a bunch of random stuff and BAM~ Here I am. lol.. just throught id share my blonde moment with you.

We actually saw somebody doing that on the way out of dumont back in march. We cut the guy off and asked if he realised hes dumping sh*t everywhere. he tried saying it was the grey water (which was bs cuz we saw dung and tp dropping out) he was an a-hole after we confronted him. so I got both of his plate numbers and reported him. It sucks that there are scumbags out there that actually like to do the things that the nice people do.

I cant see the video cuz im at work right now. But I can comment to the expirence that I had at dumont this seaon. Our last trip was darrells birthday last month. unfortunately the quad blew up after it being in the shop since right before Christmas (hmm which means we actually only got 1/4 of the dune season to ride )... But the times we did spend out there were times to never forget! I learned how to conquer fears and go up comp hill. I got to expirence a razorback and a witch's finger lol I gotta say though, The good times came from the campfires and booze. Eating smores and talking about the good ol times while creating memories and stories to tell at next dune season. Being able to actually see the stars, and not the ones tha we would usually see here in vegas. But the calming sence knowing that if you had a hell of a bad week that it would all just go away once you started your trip to dumont. There is so much more i wanna put, but like I said Im at work and ill get busted lol...

i had my purse stolen out of my car several years back. Never Again. I learned my lesson. now when i go anywhere its either leave the purse at home if i dont wanna lug it, or take it with me ( the girls at the gym give me weird looks when i lug my purse around from 1 machine to another)... well haha to them, cuz they are the idiots that are probally getting their purses stolen from their trunk

Yeah, that is awsome news! everytime we go out to dumont i always catch myself bitching about the damn holes. put a dent in our fender the first time we went out there (At night) cuz darrells truck is a little bit lowered. Cant wait to see it. ( gotta get the quad out of the shop first tho lol)

I finally had to sell mine, Damn thing kept on breaking down on me. (no it wasnt operator error either) The person who had it before me didnt know how to take care of it, then I got it all beat up. Finally I just gave up and sold it to pay off my truck. Best investment ever lol

That actually is a great point! What really boggles my mind is how not only do we pay to get our green stickers, but where on earth is the money going when we pay to get into dumont? I know that they charge at LEAST 20.00 per vehicle to get in, some vehicles are there just to camp. I understand that they have to pay to get the outhouses cleaned out and such, but where else is all the money going to? If they are paying the rangers the rest then damn, im in the wrong profession ya know? lol jk oh and if ne 1 can correct me please do, cuz I really dont know what all else there is out there to fund. :dance:

I had one of the best times ever which was suprising cuz It ended up being just me and the hubby. didnt think we would have as much fun without our possie. also I cant belive how bright the full moon was. I kept on waking up thinking it was time to ride, then i would peek my head out and see that it was only 2am newaysm The am winds let us know that it was time to wake up cuz it 'bout blew our new tent away lol. I usually didnt ride hard, but since being it was just us two, I had to keep up with Darrell, so i sucked it up and conqured Comp Hill, went in the bowl and even hit a couple jumps (by accident of corse) lol :freakin_nuts: Cant wait to go out again. Deffinatly going to have to meet up and ride jodi!

we should be out there as well. its the hubbys birthday that weekend so we may stay an extra day. we shall see.

well we are a little delyaed for the time being but I guess we are still going to head out there. should be arriving a bit late. evilbeaver and i dont know exactly where we are going to camp but if we find some ddrs we may swing by and say hi. see yall tonight

I live in southren highlands area as well. Off of blue diamond and decatur. We got a great deal with our house. Its 2100sf 5 bedroom 2 story house and we pay 1255.00 a month. I would love to stay in this area or go toward the green valley henderson area. Ill try craigs list, I hear that has helped a few people. Thanks for the word

Those sound good, a bit high for me though. I live off of Blue diamond and decatur and pay 1255 for a 2100 sf 5 bedroom house. I guess we got a good deal on it at the time cuz I cant find any houses that range in about the same area... landlords found out that they can get more for their house and now want us to either pay 1500 or go. Id rather go cuz this house isnt worh 1500 lol Good luck to you renting out your houses. Ill pass the word to my buddies who are also looking to rent.

Our landlord decided last minnute that they wanted to raise the rent on our house from 1255.00 to 1480.00.. and its not worth the money or hassle to stay. our lease is up feb. 10th. We are looking to move into a smaller house that is in the 1000.00 to 1200.00 range. perferibly 3-4 bedroom or 3bedroom with loft. 2 bathroom and must have a two car garage. If anybody knows of any please let me know, Its such a headache right now cuz we agreed to sign another year so we wernt expecting them to turn on us. Money makes people go bad I guess. Yeah, it could have been out in the first few minnutes. But like dman said, He gave him chance after chance. It was awsome cuz you would think that Lindell would just finish him off and then he would back off and make tito catch a breath and come back in. It was just too funny! All the fights that night were just great!
