I agree that the stupid metal horses etc...are a waste of money but it looks like it was mandated in order to get the federal money to start with.
"The projects, which included landscaping with native plants and boulders, were managed by Clark County and were paid for through the Federal Surface Transportation Enhancement Fund, which mandates that the money be used mostly for aesthetic improvement"
they make it the "rule" then get pissed when you abide by it....don't make any sense
My hauler plate says "DUNERAT" I may have to invest in something like that too...maybe tack some rusty barbed wire to the back of it so you will hear the screams if its at night while you are sleeping.
I have a neighbor that is looking for someone to have a look at her trike w/ a corvair engine. She said it has 40psi in one cylinder and 90 in the rest. Does anyone here work on corvairs or know of a good shop that would look at it for a fair price.
thanks for any help
I'm thinking about putting the 125 into this one and puttin the 70 back in the other one so my daughter can ride it again. I have another one w/ a 110 in it I believe but i need to convert it from a kickstart because I can't run fenders on it. I have 5 bikes but only 3 good engines.
Thanks for the replies. I sprayed PB Blaster on it a couple times a day for 2 days and when I came home from work today the axle had already fallen out. I didn't have to bang on it at all. That stuff is pretty awsome.
I've removed everything from the frame but the axle. I also removed a snap ring on the rear sprocket side. Am I missing anything? or do I just need to pound the crap out of it? Any help is appreciated before I screw something up.
