I ended up putting the screw in right behind the drill bit. Went real slow and it worked good. The pilot drill bit was only a 3/32. The new blinds are up and look great. They match my Plantation Shutter perfect.

While drilling the pilot hole for my new blinds, I broke the drill bite off inside the hole. I hate this crap. :pile:
