Speaking of being thirsty and saving money... The Blue Martini at the new Town Square Mall has half price on everything between 4 & 7 everyday. It's pretty cool up there and they have misters! Just be careful cuz the drinks are strong!

Don't feel bad Warrior! If you went tonight, you would have seen us at the bar. We just came back from PT's. When we walked in Mark asked, is it Thirsty Thursday - no - but it's HALF PRICE WEDNESDAY!!! PT's has this thing where everything on the menu is half price, starting at 8 pm - on Wednesday's only. We got there just before 8 - perfect timing!

I called there today to tell them about what happened with the motor to our electronic hitch. The guy in service felt bad for us, esp since we left the trailer there for so long. He told me to come back and they'd fix the motor, no problem. That's why I like it there. The service guys are really nice & down to earth. Anyway, I asked him if they were closing and he confirmed it was true. I'm so bummed. They totally took care of us and got the sides replaced on our trailer. I'm wondering who's going to take care of us after they close. I don't know anyone local that sells Raptors. Mark thinks that anyone that sells Keystone should be able to take care of us. I just don't want to go to Wheeler's. They're . :chev_bowtie:

We need someone with some business sense! No good business man (or woman) would do some of the stupid things our government does!

You forgot to mention that good old Al Gore also lives in a 12,000 sq ft mansion! And he preaches to people about conserving energy. I'd love to see his power bills!

We'll still be going to the dunes this season. The cost of gas and diesel hurts, but we just cut back on other things, if need be. Last year, we started buying smarter for our trips and not going hog wild at Costco and the grocery store for 2 PEOPLE! Okay, and 2 dogs, too!

OMG - Don't say that! We bought our RV from them. Coincidentally, we just picked up our trailer from them tonight. Mark said, "I hope they never close down this place because the service guys are nice!" We got our sides redone because they delaminated. Then, they fixed a couple other things too. We've been lucky so far, not major issues. :praying: We just picked it up tonight and put it in storage. Then, we discovered that the guy that helped us hook up, cranked the post too high and it got stuck - imagine how fun it was to hand crank it in 105+ degree temps! So, we have to take it back and get them to fix the motor. Better do it before September! Their inventory has been pretty low, but last time we stopped by there, they said they were doing okay. Not selling as much, but they didn't have as many salespeople as the other dealerships. I hope they don't go out of business. They're much easier to deal with than Wheelers.

Yeah, all we need is Obama and his left wing demi agenda in the White House. Let's see.... he has a whole 3 years of experience in the Senate and hangs out with these radical preachers. Just what we need. Maybe we should all write McCain and tell him to open Kelso Dunes! We have to get rid of some of these liberals in the Senate & Congress that want to "Negotiate" with the terrorists - "We should use diplomacy" - Yeah, good idea! Our diplomacy got us a bunch of terrorist attacks overseas & on Sept 11th.

That's cool. Blue Steel likes Apex. I think it's just okay. I like the S turns in the sandy area. That's pretty fun. Logandale is further, but I like it a little better (plus we can dip in the reservoir).
