  1. That's too funny! I swear I didn't read your post until after I wrote mine!
  2. Is this like Price is Right? Do you win the car, if you get closest to the price without overbidding? :beer_bang:
  3. Did you actually go down to Costco? :beer_bang:
  4. Listen to music, dance, bug my customers or other people at work! :beer_bang:
  5. Looks like you all had fun! We went to our friends' house last night and played Guitar Hero. Being DINKS (Dual Income, No Kids), we don't play video games much anymore. It was fun. Mark was great and I sucked, but figured out that if I danced, while I played, I got better! Wine helps, too! We'll have to hit a Thirsty Thursday or another DDR shin dig soon!
  6. We never remember to take the camera out and take pics, while we're riding. Here are a couple pics of Mark riding at Apex and me riding at Pismo. Mark on his YFZ450 Me at Comp at Pismo Just riding at Pismo

    ok

We're going out with the Rhino for a day trip on Saturday. Mark's parents are supposed to go for their first dune trip since they bought their new Rhino.
  8. I did it, even tho I don't live in CA anymore. Just used my old old address from there!!! LOL!
  9. Getting new rims with offsets (yeah, I remembered the name) def helps. I'll let my hubby talk about this. :flatbiller: He's a lot better than me! What kind of tires do you have?
  10. I would say South Point or the Silverton. They're both in the SW part of town. Oh, they're also some Marriot hotels Southwest of the 15 and 215 intersection. I think one of them is the Fairfield.
  11. I knew you'd like that! I couldn't believe it - a dog pic in my theft thread! How perfect is that!!!
  12. I just made tentative plans with some friends of ours! Sounds like fun though! We're spending Saturday cleaning out and organizing the trailer. We'll need a few cold ones after that!!! :freakin_nuts:
  13. If we got long travel, then we'd have to get a new flat bed trailer for our day trips. Our trailer is 5 ft wide and the Rhino just barely fits on it! Our rims make our tires stick out a bit more (I don't know the lingo for this) and we have 1 inch wheel spacers in the front. It's funny how my husband thinks my driving is scary, but has no problem trying out a bowl where if we tipped, it would be on my side!! :freakin_nuts:
  14. I'm very glad I didn't have to work for 4 days!!!! :freakin_nuts:
  15. Finish painting inside of house (actually, get Mark to finish painting inside of house ) Keep weight off that I lost last year!!! :freakin_nuts: Collect more animals - just kidding!
  16. OMG - 4 days at the dunes and piles and piles of laundry! WTF??? Back to the grind!! It'll be harder after President's Day - 6 days at the dunes - I can't wait!!! :freakin_nuts:
  17. He's not referring to the firework show, but the Xmas tree on the top of the big dunes near comp on New Years Eve. We camped in that area and it was still there the next day. The fireworks on Sunday were cool! :freakin_nuts:
  18. AWWW... Cute dog! You all know how much I love pet pics and I didn't even post it! If my pampered dogs were outside, they'd keep us up barking. Plus, Bear hates fireworks and would have to get years of therapy if we made him stay out at night. I need a dog smiley!!!
  19. AZZHATS! This isn't something I've seen on the board, but we say it all the time at the dunes, "Let's get this started party!" :freakin_nuts:
  20. The papparazzi was out! My husband said, someone took a picture of us at the North Pole on Tuesday. We're #326! LOL!
  21. Thanks for all the helpful replies. We might end up going to Circleville again this year because with the Rhino, we can go much further and expore more of the trails. I like riding in technical dunes, though and Little Sahara looks awesome! My husband has been to the Oregon dunes a long time ago, when he was a kid. He loved it there.
  22. That's funny! I know, we're super careful at Vendor Row. That could have been the place where our billet gas cap went missing. Who knows! Pretty soon we'll all have car alarms on our stuff!!!
  23. Yeah, our stuff is under tight lock and key. It's the little stuff that could get stolen, too. At home our stuff is well stored and our trailer is in a great (and expensive) storage place. Trust me, we don't get lazy. I really like the idea of being away from the traffic. We've been all over Dumont: by the rock pile, the left side of comp, bathroom #6, etc. We might try bathroom #3 for President's Day because we get the best cell coverage there. Thanks for the replies!
  24. We keep our toys close to the trailer and all locked up together with heavy chain locks. Next time we're going to make our circle tighter and a little further from the main road.
  25. We got the plastics changed out to blue. Here are some recent pics from Christmas and our recent trip to Dumont. My inlaws got a red Rhino with black rims (in the pic with ours on Xmas). We need harnesses, better lights and a grab bar for the passenger. We thought the roll up windshield would be lame (it was a Xmas gift), but it really helps keep out the cold air!
