Just here bored on a Saturday night waiting for Dumont next weekend. Thought I'd post a picture of what I'll be racing tomorrow (Sunday). I've been racing RC cars on and off for the last 20+ years. I'm racing two divisions, a Nastruck division with handout motors, and a Sportsman Stock Division. It means nothing to nobody, I'm just bored tonight............................ Dumont in 5 days though........ :fro_smokin:

I hope Daniel is doing better these days and I was wondering if the dinner for Daniel is still a go?? I'm considering having my wife drive my truck to Dumont so I can go to the dinner for Daniel. Any info on this would be great!!! :worthless_without_pics:

My weekend may be put on hold. I started the rail today and heard some sort of a knock in my engine on the downslope of the revs. I'm hoping it is just some of the tin around my engine that is making the noise. :beer_bang: I'll find out on Monday when my engine builder takes a look at it. Man, I hope it's nothing...............or I'll be

A little side note for the MLK weekend. It looks like my group is not going, but the wife and I want to go still. We have just been abandonded. Is there anyone going that has a "kid-friendly" camp and wouldn't mind an extra family?? It will be myself, my wife, my 3 yr. old daughter, and our little dog. We planned on leaving Thursday morning, but can delay it a day if you're not going to be there until Friday. Thanks...........

My plan is to be there from Thursday to Sunday. :porn: Not real sure if my group is making it out there, I may be camping alone again this year. If my family and I end up solo, would anybody mind if I take up a tad bit of real estate with them? Either way, the HappyHour family will be there! Can't wait.................. :fro_smokin:

Couldn't make unfortunately due to varioud reasons. But I do want to see pictures and hear about the torrid tales of what occured. If there is ever one in the future that is during the afternoon hours, I could probably swing that. Fly out and hang, then fly home the same day. So let's hear what went on........................

What hotels are close to this place?? I'm trying to go, but would have to spend the night and fly home on the first flight Sunday morning.

I'll be at Dumont Jan17th - 20th..............then for the cleanup. It's pretty certain that my group is doing Glamis the weekend after Prez, weekend. But again, thanks a bunch.........

Well it turned out that it was in fact a sprinkler causing the damage. In the back yard at the pressure adjustment deal that I obviously didn't catch for a LONG while. But in the process I discovered that I'm going to have to re-plumb all my drains underneath my house in the crawl space. I'm in the process of getting estimates. Anyway, the ground is drying and I'm fixing a sprinkler after the rain this weekend. ltr450.......if I have any questions that I can't get figured out on my own, I'll call..........thanks a bunch.

it turns out to be something bigger than expected and not just some little pvc pipe issue. Something is a miss underneath my house in the crawl space that has now come to the front of my house. Here are some pics of the digging I did yesterday............

If I knew "exactly" where the leak was, I would do it myself...........but thanks

The leak doesn't appear to be that bad, and the house was built in 1965. The main line seems to be pvc but it is a slow leak.

I've got a leak outside my house. I think it is the main line coming into the house. I've done most of the digging and I'm pretty sure I'm right on top of it, but I need some help at this point. Can anyone recommend somebody to help??? Thanks in advance.......

MAN..........that is AWESOME!!!!!!! Daniel will recover so much more rapidly at home in his eviroment, it will amaze you even more than he already has!! I am so genuinely happy for the Murphy family. Mt day has just gotten a whole lot brighter. This is just the best news!!! I am so happy for the Daniel and the Murphy family. Keep going Daniel and you will be home soon!!!!! :fro_smokin:

I just got home from a LONG and WET day at work. The traffic really got under my craw.... But coming home and reading this development is the best news I have heard all day. MAN, I am so happy for Daniel and his family!! :beer_bang: :fro_smokin: Daniel has now officially taken his first step OUT of the woods and the sun only gets brighter from here on out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
